Princess Charlotte, the daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton, is known for her impeccable royal curtsies.

However, during the Coronation Concert, the eight-year-old almost lost her balance while curtsying to King Charles and Queen Camilla as they entered the royal box to watch the show on Sunday.

The incident was caught on video, showing Princess Charlotte going into a dip as those around her also bowed and curtsied when her grandfather passed by on his way to his seat.

Though she appeared to misstep, she quickly recovered and stood in front of her seat in the royal box.

For the event, Princess Charlotte wore a white ruffled dress and sat between her mother, who wore a red suit by her wedding gown designer, Alexander McQueen, and her brother Prince George, who looked like a miniature version of his father in a similar dark blue suit with tie.

Notably missing was their younger brother, Prince Louis, who did not attend the event with his family.

The concert was held to celebrate the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla in front of 20,000 members of the public and invited guests, as well as those watching at home.

The eclectic line-up for the night was led by Lionel Richie and Katy Perry, both of whom have close connections to King Charles.

Perry has served as an ambassador of the British Asian Trust, a charity co-founded by Prince Charles to tackle poverty and transform lives in South Asia, since 2020.

Meanwhile, the all-night-long hitmaker was appointed as the first global ambassador and first chairman of the Global Ambassador Group for the Prince’s Trust in 2019.

Charles established the charity in 1976 as the Prince of Wales to provide disadvantaged youth with the resources they need to reach their full potential.

Princess Charlotte appeared to be a big fan of Perry, singing along to the pop star as she performed her hit raw.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte waved Union Jack flags throughout the show.

The royal siblings were especially excited when Miss Piggy and Kermit made a surprise appearance with Paddington star Hugh Bonville, who hosted the event.

At the end of the show, Kermit seemed to find his way to the box, waving a flag right in front of Prince Edward and Sophie, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.

Perhaps in the highlight of the evening, the entire crowd stood up as Richie performed “All Night Long,” and the royals were no exception, dancing along to the beat.

The concert also featured performances by Take That, Sir Bryn Terfel, Andrea Bocelli, and Alexis French.

Nicole Scurzinger performed “Reflection” from Mulan as pianist Lang Lang played, and Olly Muir set the tone for the night with an early upbeat song.

Overall, it was a night of celebration and entertainment, with the royal family enjoying the performances and festivities.
