Prince Harry may be embarking on another venture with Netflix, this time without his wife Meghan Markle.

According to reports, the streaming giant has offered Prince Harry an opportunity to create a solo documentary, focusing on his deep connection to Africa.

This comes after the couple ended their partnership with Spotify, choosing to solely collaborate with Netflix.

Netflix, known for airing the explosive 2022 documentary “Harry Meghan,” had initially planned to terminate their $100 million deal with the Sussexes after rejecting various program ideas.

However, it seems that one suggestion has caught their attention – taking Prince Harry back to his roots in Africa.

The Duke of Sussex has long-established ties to the continent, having worked on numerous charity and wildlife conservation projects in South Africa, Botswana, and Lesotho.

A source revealed, “Obviously, Harry has a lot of roots in Africa and he feels at home there.”

This wouldn’t be Prince Harry’s first solo venture in the streaming world.

He previously collaborated with Apple TV for a series focused on mental health called “The Me You Can’t See.”

Additionally, both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have extensively traveled in Southern Africa, with their third date taking place in Botswana.

During his gap year in 2004, Prince Harry helped establish Sentebale, a charity aimed at supporting vulnerable children, in the landlocked kingdom of Lesotho.

It was during this time that he formed a special bond with six-year-old Mutsu Potsane.

In 2018, Prince Harry invited Mutsu and other children from Lesotho to attend his wedding to Meghan Markle.

While details of the potential documentary are still unknown, it is evident that Prince Harry’s connection to Africa holds great significance to him.

The Netflix deal, which has been described as a partnership valued by both parties, allows Prince Harry to further explore his passion for philanthropy and wildlife conservation.

In other news, the Sussexes have recently vacated their former residence, Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor.
