Prince Harry Blames Charles for Hollywood Failure

Spotify executives are likely to be horrified by Prince Harry’s admission that he had signed lots of deals in a hurry to make money, as their podcasting deal comes to an end.

Speaking to Palace Confidential, the Daily Mail’s diary editor Richard Eden recalled Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 when the Duke discussed his financial worries after his family’s security was withdrawn.

Speaking in March 2021, Prince Harry said that the multi-million pound deals he had signed with streaming giants Spotify and Netflix were never part of the plan and insisted, “…that was suggested by somebody else by the point of where my family literally cut me off financially and I had to afford security for us.”

Prince Harry believes that Charles, his father, drove him to sign contracts indiscriminately, which led to his failure in Hollywood.

Spotify frowned at this statement as it came at a time when they were wrapping up their podcasting deal with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan Markle, on the other hand, values security as one of the most luxurious accessories.

To her, it is proof that she is so adored that she needs protection from rabid fans, because everyone just loves her too much.

However, if Harry couldn’t afford their precious security, perhaps they shouldn’t have blown all that cash on a bloated, sprawling property in Montecito.

Furthermore, Harry and Meghan willingly left the royal family.

Why should the family be responsible for employing financial advisors for someone who chose to leave?

They chose their life, and the blame falls on no one but themselves.

Buckingham Palace should have set up a strict, tightly controlled trust fund.

Harry’s inherited millions would still be in place if only someone in Buckingham Palace had had the common sense to stop a low-intelligence, very troubled Harry from having complete access to his inheritance.

The palace failed to see the high possibility of gold-diggers, charlatans, kooks, fraudsters, etc., and failed to instill measures to protect his millions from them.

Perhaps if someone at Buckingham Palace had done their job right, the gold-digging future duchess would have known there was no big money to be gotten hold of.

In modern history, the monarchy has taken some serious financial hits.

They lost the royal yacht.

Windsor Castle burned horribly.

During its repair, Queen Elizabeth II began to pay taxes for the first time.

Charles has been slimming down the monarchy for years now.

All royals have packed schedules and have been expected to work sometimes four to five events a day.

Back to Harry, Netflix and Spotify signed them because of him, thinking they were sitting on a gold mine of royal secrets and the ins and outs of royal life.

What they got instead was that Meghan changed the rules mid-game and made it all about herself, leaving Todd in the dust and as a side character making cameo appearances to her Norma Desmond posing.

Harry the Petulant thinks that because he’s Diana’s son, and now the son of a king, that everyone’s going to throw money and private jets and other freebies his way, because of that alone.

He knows jack shit about earning anything.

Prince Harry’s catastrophic lack of self-awareness is in stark contrast with his hugely over-inflated sense of godlike omnipotence.

It’s truly mind-blowing and probably matched only by his wife.

His dangerously entitled attitude doesn’t have any concept whatsoever of how these kinds of comments are incredibly damaging and embarrassing, not just for him, but to the people paying him.

It’s not like Netflix and Spotify weren’t warned.

They just didn’t listen to people like us.

Similar to when Harry was being interviewed on a podium for Better Up by the CEO.

And when he was asked, why did you choose to become part of Better Up, he arrogantly laughed and said, because you were the only one who asked me.

Buckingham Palace truly must face up to its guilt in bringing about the prince’s downfall.

Hopefully, William and Catherine will enable their children to one day go out into the real world, equipped with life skills and no complete access to their royal fortunes, made to earn their living honestly.

In conclusion, Prince Harry has blamed his father, Charles, for his failure in Hollywood due to indiscriminate signing of contracts.

His dangerously entitled attitude towards money and lack of self-awareness is a cautionary tale for everyone.

Buckingham Palace should have set up a trust fund to protect Harry’s millions from gold-diggers, charlatans, kooks, fraudsters, etc.

It’s time for the royals to learn from Harry’s mistakes and ensure their children are equipped with life skills and made to earn their living honestly.
