Prince George and Princess Charlotte Steal the Show at Coronation Concert
Prince George and Princess Charlotte of the British royal family were seen dancing and enjoying themselves at the Coronation Concert held on Sunday.
The concert was part of the ongoing celebrations following the crowning ceremony of King Charles and Queen Camilla that took place the previous day.
The two eldest children of Kate Middleton and Prince William took their seats in the front row of the royal box, adding to the excitement of the event.
While Prince George looked dapper in his signature suit and tie, matching his father’s attire, Princess Charlotte wore a beautiful chiffon dress from a brand that her mother had previously worn at a Buckingham Palace reception.
She later covered up with a white coat by Amour.

The young royals, aged 9 and 8 respectively, were spotted clapping and waving Union Jack flags as they enjoyed the performances.
One of the highlights of the evening was when Miss Piggy and Kermit made a surprise appearance, looking for their seats in the royal box.
Kermit eventually found his way to the box and waved a flag right in front of Prince Edward and Sophie, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined the rest of the crowd in standing up, dancing, and waving their flags as Lionel Richie performed his hit song “All Night Long.”
Princess Charlotte was also seen singing along to Katy Perry’s performance of “Raw” while drones formed a lion in the sky, representing a key part of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coats of arms.
Katy Perry, who attended the crowning ceremony, expressed her excitement to the crowd, mentioning that she had brought her mom to the UK and was staying at Windsor Castle before dedicating her performance of “Firework” to King Charles and his charity work.
The concert, which was broadcast live from the grounds of Windsor Castle and hosted by Hugh Bonville, featured an eclectic lineup of performers, including Andrea Bocelli, Sir Bryn Terfel, Freya Rydings, and Alexis French.
Nicole Scherzinger performed “Reflection” from Mulan, accompanied by pianist Lang Lang, while Olly Murs was one of the first performers to take the stage.
Opera star Andrea Bocelli fulfilled a special request from King Charles and Queen Camilla by performing a duet with Bryn Terfel of “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”
The concert was not only a celebration for the newly crowned monarchs but also showcased the appreciation of art and good music by King Charles and Queen Camilla.
Andrea Bocelli mentioned that their love for these gifts from the heavens uplifted spirits and contributed to spreading goodness.
The event also featured pre-recorded sketches with appearances by Tom Cruise, Dame Joan Collins, Bear Grylls, and others, sharing interesting facts about King Charles.
The night concluded with a performance by British pop group Take That.
Princess Charlotte and Prince George, along with their mother Kate, watched proudly as their father, Prince William, took the stage to deliver a speech honoring his father, King Charles.
Prince William highlighted the importance of the coronation weekend, quoting his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, who referred to coronations as declarations of hope for the future.
Aside from the star-studded concert, the night was made even more spectacular with a light show featuring drones and wristbands worn by attendees that lit up.
Earlier in the day, Prince William and Kate attended a grand lunch event at Windsor Castle, where Prince Charles shared that Princess Charlotte was resting after the previous day’s events.
He mentioned that she was having a quiet day at home and that Kate was ensuring Prince Louis behaved himself during the historic ceremony.
For Prince George, the coronation was a significant occasion as he served as a page of honor for his grandfather.
This marked the first time in modern royal history that a future monarch officially participated in such a service.
The Telegraph reported that Prince George became the youngest future king to play an official role at a coronation.
While King Charles was four years old when his mother, Queen Elizabeth, was crowned, he only watched the investiture segment.
Queen Elizabeth herself witnessed her father’s coronation at the age of eleven from the Royal Gallery at Westminster Abbey.
The Coronation Concert was a memorable event that showcased the joy and enthusiasm of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Their presence added to the grandeur of the evening, which celebrated the new era of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s reign.
