For the second time this week, Prince Andrew has been banned from joining the Royal Family and taking part in the Order of the Garter parade.

The King has the authority to remove Prince Andrew from the Order of the Garter, but he won’t.

As a Knight of the Garter, the King’s younger brother did not take part in the annual procession at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle earlier this week.

Russell Myers, editor of the Daily Mirror Royal newspaper, said Andrew’s removal from the Order was within the gift of the King, but he believed there was no way to remove him from the Order.

Speaking to the Royal Beat, Myers said the tribute is probably the only thing left for the disgraced Prince, who was forced to step down as a senior royal over his association with convicted Jeffrey Epstein.

It’s an interesting situation for the King, he said.

How much he wants Andrew to appear in public?

I suppose he just wants him to try to retire and not cause him any grief.

He’ll just hope Andrew kind of fades into the background.

Andrew still stands by his desire to return to royal life, but it is highly unlikely that will happen.

Speaking of the possibility of him being removed from Rabat, Mr. Myers added, there have been transfers from Rabat, it really is entirely within the King’s endowment.

However, there is no way Charles would do that to his brother.

The Prince was stripped of his military titles, royal patronages, and the use of the style of his Royal Highness in an official capacity after his disastrous interview with BBC Newsnight in which he discussed his friendship with Epstein.

The program came a few years after Virginia Jufri accused him of s**ually assaulting her three times in 2001 when she was 17 years old.

Andrew repeatedly denied the allegations before reaching an out-of-court settlement with Jufri in February last year, and has not pleaded guilty.

But Andrew’s overall ranking has since fallen.

His extreme popularity and public image prevented him from being able to appear in public.

His public image prevented him from participating in the ceremony of the Order of the Garter for the second year in a row.

The traditional event sees King Charles and the Royal Family take part in the procession and service on the grounds of Windsor Castle to honour the Knights of Garter.

Beneficiaries are chosen personally by the King to honour those who have held public office, who have contributed in a certain way to national life, or who have personally served the Sovereign.

So far, a total of 40 persons have been removed from the Order of the Garter in disgrace in the 670 years since its founding.

Despite Prince Andrew’s desire to return to royal life, it is unlikely that he will ever be reinstated.
