Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been taking their time to fight back after a series of blows that brought their empire to the brink of collapse.

Last week, Spotify cancelled the Duchess’ podcast after just one series, while the US Patent Office denied their application to trademark their podcast name.

There are also rumours that Netflix will not renew the couple’s contract.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams believes that the Sussexes are biding their time just to return.

”What we are all waiting for is Sussex’s response,” he told The Sun.

Trending:

”Of course, they lost Spotify.

There are rumours that they will lose Netflix.

And now they have lost their battle for a brand.

It looks as if their empire is on the verge of collapse, but I think they are biding their time to come back.”

This comes after Meghan signed a new deal with talent agency WME in April.

Fitzwilliams added, ”WME is top-notch and knows what you’re doing.

The point is, they put up a fight, but we don’t know yet what that’s going to look like.”

Right now, their empire seems to be collapsing but it hasn’t collapsed yet.

The question is why are they so quiet at the moment?

What is going on?

It really looks like they’re up to something with their new team.

Some sources suggest that it is unlikely that Netflix will renew the couple’s contract.

However, the couple has been tight-lipped about their plans.

Meghan has previously spoken of wanting to do rom-coms with Prince Harry because “a lot of how my husband and I see things is through our love story.”

While rumours have also swirled that the Duchess is undergoing a major re-brand in Hollywood which could see Meghan sign a deal with Dior.

Despite the setbacks, the couple seems to have a plan.

They are taking their time to regroup and come up with a new strategy.
