The publishing company, Mayoo Ltd, owned by Scobie, has failed to submit both its accounts and annual return on time, resulting in a strike off notice being issued against it.
The notice states that unless evidence is provided to the contrary, the company will be dissolved within two months, and all of Mayoo’s property and rights will belong to the crown.

If the company is dissolved, any remaining assets, after legal proceedings, will go to the state.
