Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte: A Heartwarming Bond
The bond between a mother and daughter is one of the most special relationships in the world.
This is certainly true for the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, and her daughter, Princess Charlotte.
In heartwarming clips from their public appearances together, the pair looks like soulmates.
It appears that Princess Diana has passed on some mannerisms to her daughter, as the eight-year-old princess mimics her mother’s flicks of hair, wave, and facial expressions.
In fact, one TikTok user even posted footage of the two behaving alike, which showed Princess Charlotte mimicking the way Kate walks in high heels.

The video has since gone viral with over 1.6 million views and 155,000 likes.
The images also carried an on-screen caption that read “they are soulmates” and suggested that Princess Charlotte was walking in imaginary high heels.
Fans have been quick to comment on the video, with one saying, “not only her mom but her best friend.
Kate and Charlotte have a strong bond just like Carol and Kate.”
In one of the clips, Princess Charlotte is seen with her mother arriving for her first day at Thomas Battersea, her first school, in London on September 5th, 2019.
Another clip shows the pair’s outfits at King Charles III’s coronation on May 6th, 2023, where they both wore matching flower headpieces by Jess Collette and Alexander McQueen.
Interestingly, fans and Prince William himself have also suggested that Charlotte looks like her father.
During a visit to the Khitmart Centre in Bradford, England in January 2020, a series of photographs from their relationship had been placed on cupcakes.
The Prince spotted one of himself as a child and said, “Is that me?
Doesn’t it look like Charlotte?
Is that me?
Oh my goodness!
Is that me?
Charlotte looks just like Charlotte!
That’s incredible!
I haven’t seen that before!
Very alike similarity!”
This exchange was included in an earlier viral TikTok from February with the caption “her father’s twin.”
Fans have been quick to comment on this video too, with one saying, “Charlotte is William, Louis is Kate and George is a perfect mix of both.”
