Jennifer Aniston appears to be in great shape for her age, but her stunning appearance has led to speculation that the actress had undergone plastic surgery in the past.

Aniston appears to have defied time with her youthful beauty — but part of it is natural and some of it isn’t! Jen was photographed exiting a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office two years after her divorce, which prompted nose job speculations.

Jenn’s flawless complexion caught Conan’s attention, and after complimenting her about it, he discovered the truth: it wasn’t natural! Jennifer admitted to Conan O’Brien that she had an intense laser peel which burned off the surface of her face.

Aniston has undergone a lot of cosmetic surgery, including two nose jobs, but she always denied it and appeared to be a “natural” beauty.

Jen’s rep told Us Weekly at the time that the 52-year-old had rhinoplasty surgery in 2018 to “correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” which means it was her second nose job.

In 2007, she opened up about her choice to have her nose fixed through surgery for the first time. “It’s funny. I had (a deviated septum) fixed – best thing I ever did,” she said, confirming her rhinoplasty in an interview posted on People magazine’s Web site. “I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other (rumors), as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”

Her first nose surgery took place before she became famous as Rachel Green on the iconic 1990s series Friends. It was also suggested that she changed her look after her ex-husband Brad left her for his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star Angelina Jolie.

Aniston said, “I did this thing called like, a peel. It’s extremely intense — you don’t realize you look like a battered burn victim for a week — and then [the dead skin on your face] just kind of falls off … for eight days. “ It was horrifying.”

“I hope you saved the face afterward,” Conan joked. “That is eBay gold!”

The star of Along Came Polly revealed in a 2006 interview that she has never undergone breast implants or a breast augmentation. “No boob job! You know what it’s called? It’s called 10 pounds,” Jen said. “Here’s what it is, this is the funny thing, you’re either, ‘Oh, look at the bump,’ and they circle the bump and there’s an arrow. But instead, it’s like, you know, maybe a couple cheese plates too many.”

“Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don’t know what else to do,” she says. “I really am pretty happy with what God gave me.”

Mayim Bialik uploaded a throwback photo of herself and Jen on Instagram in 2018, revealing her old nose to followers. The Big Bang Theory star wrote at the time, “Yes, this is me and Jennifer Aniston in my childhood bedroom. We did a show together before I did Blossom.

Jen accused her physician of leaking details about her new nose surgery to the public shortly after news got out, according to TMZ, but Dr. Raj Kanodia, who has also done rhinoplasties on singer Ashlee Simpson and actress Cameron Diaz, refuted the accusations.

The former “Friends” star, 37, says she “had a ball” filming the season finale of Courteney Cox’s FX show “Dirt,” which premieres March 27. The episode shows Aniston’s character – a lesbian magazine editor – smooching Cox’s ruthless tabloid queen, Lucy Spiller.”

“It’s a goodbye kiss,” she says. “I don’t honestly think people want to see Rachel and Monica have at it.”

In 2014, the actress also spoke up about injectables and the Hollywood taboo around aging. “There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s—t into my face,” she told Harper’s Bazaar Australia. “I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age.”

Jen can now laugh and joke about her cosmetic surgery after coming clean. She talked about a time when she was on the softball team in high school and a ball came flying towards the bench where she was seated and hit her in the face, fracturing her nose, on an episode of Inside the Actors Studio. “That’s a broken nose? ” host James Lipton asked, and Jen quipped, “Sort of — not anymore.”
