Italian Prince Throws Shade at Harry and Meghan: “He Chose the Wrong Wife”
It has been over three years since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made the decision to leave the UK and the royal family behind in 2020, but people are still talking about it.
Now, an Italian prince has added his opinion to the mix.
Emanuele Filberto, also known as the Prince of Venice, recently announced that he would be giving up his throne and passing it on to his daughter, Princess Vittoria.
The 50-year-old member of the House of Savoy is the grandson of King Umberto II and Queen Maria Jose, the last king and queen of Italy.
Filberto, who has a net worth of $100 million, created two production companies, Savoy and Gregory, and Royal Me Up.

He recently spoke to Fox News about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to step back from their royal duties.
“He chose the wrong wife,” Filberto said, throwing shade at Meghan Markle.
“Meghan Markle is not a good person.”
Filberto continued to criticize Harry and Meghan, saying that they have called out multiple royals to date, including Prince William, King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, and Kate Middleton.
He also mentioned Harry’s tell-all memoir and the couple’s Netflix series, both of which received backlash from the public.
“The Duke and Duchess have constantly been called out for whining and bashing the royal family endlessly,” Filberto said.
However, an insider told The Sun that the couple has run out of content and will no longer be putting out content related to the royal family.
“That period of their life is over, as there’s nothing left to say,” the insider disclosed.
It’s no secret that Harry and Meghan’s decision to leave the royal family was met with mixed reactions.
Some praised the couple for their bravery in breaking away from tradition, while others criticized them for abandoning their duties and responsibilities.
