In a surprising move, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have brought on Tracy Ryerson, a former model, reality star, and Insta-mom, as the new head of scripted content at Arch Wall Productions.

However, sources suggest that both Harry and Meghan may resign before their first project is even launched due to difficulties in adapting to the management style.

Tracy Ryerson, 43, gained fame in the United States for her appearances in two seasons of “The Real L Word,” a reality show that followed her and her partner, stand-up comic Stamey Karakasidis, who already had three children from a previous relationship.

Tracy, who realized she was gay in her mid-twenties and met Stamey 13 years later, still remains together with her partner.

With a background as a TV executive working for the production company behind “Peaky Blinders,” Tracy has now taken on the role of overseeing scripted content at Arch Wall Productions.

Rumors have been circulating that the Sussexes are planning to pitch a feminist-focused prequel to Charles Dickens’ “Great Expectations,” centering around the iconic jilted bride, Miss Havisham.

Interestingly, Tracy’s appointment has raised some eyebrows as there are suggestions that Meghan hired her not solely based on her abilities, but because of her gender.

This comes as a surprise, considering Meghan and Harry’s previous affirmations of their commitment to LGBTQ issues.

Meghan expressed her support for LGBTQ rights during a conversation with Australian Jacob Thomas, who won a Queen’s Young Leaders Award for his work in reducing suicide rates within the LGBTQ community in Australia.

Meghan stated that this is a basic human rights issue, echoing her husband’s sentiments on the progress made in the past decade regarding gay rights.

However, recent accusations against Meghan have overshadowed her previous statements.

She has been accused of trying to determine the gender of her unborn child, despite her previous claims of supporting LGBTQ rights.

The Duke and Duchess are currently expecting a baby boy, with Meghan reportedly sharing the news with friends at a recent baby shower.

This isn’t the first time such information has been revealed prematurely, as it also happened during Meghan’s pregnancy with Lilibet.

Tracy Ryerson’s principles regarding motherhood and work seem to clash with Meghan’s actions.

Known as “T-Ry” among friends, Tracy could potentially be working closely with Netflix, as the streaming giant signed a reported $100 million deal with the Sussexes back in 2020.

Arch Wall Productions is allegedly seeking writers to create feel-good shows, including romantic comedies, for Netflix.

However, there are rumors that Netflix might sever ties with the Sussexes following Spotify’s decision to cancel their deal.

Spotify executive and popular podcaster Bill Simmons even referred to them as “grifters.”

Additionally, the Duchess of Sussex has recently faced criticism from a prominent figure in Hollywood, who labeled her a talentless broadcaster.

It’s worth mentioning that Tracy and Stamey, after their stint on “The Real L Word,” pitched a new reality series called “My Four Mums,” which aimed to explore the lives of lesbian parents who have separated but still co-parent their children.

Unfortunately, the series never came to fruition, and Stamey has since transitioned into a career as a real estate agent in Los Angeles.
