After six months of receiving their eviction notice from King Charles, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally packed up their belongings and returned the keys to Frogmore Cottage.
Sir Michael Stevens, the keeper of the privy purse, confirmed their departure and stated that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have repaid the expenses incurred by the sovereign grant for the cottage’s renovation.

Frogmore Cottage was a gift from the late Queen to the couple upon their marriage in 2018.

He described it as feeling final and like a cruel punishment, suggesting that the family wanted to permanently remove them from the picture.
