Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as The Rock, is a huge admirer of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood.
In an interview with Contact Music, the Black Adam actor revealed that he was completely surprised to see the legendary actor at an Oscars event.
He froze when he saw the 93-year-old actor-filmmaker at the gathering and couldn’t bring himself to approach him.
Johnson wrote him a letter on paper to express how inspirational he had been to the young Rock, which he shared a picture of on Twitter.
Eastwood served as an unexpected inspiration for the debut of the DC Comics character Black Adam in the 2022 film of the same name.
