However, just three hours ago, when checking the official website, Meghan’s name was nowhere to be found.

The Gracie Awards, which celebrate women who exemplify honesty, talent, and contribute to society, will honor the national winners of its 48th Annual event on May 23rd, 2023.
The gala will take place at the Beverly Wilshire, a renowned four seasons hotel located in Beverly Hills, California.
Unfortunately for Meghan, her actions have overshadowed another important event in the feminist community.
The Women of Vision Awards, organized by feminist icon Gloria Steinem, have been completely eclipsed by the news surrounding Meghan Markle.
Steinem, who has dedicated significant time and resources to the awards ceremony, is understandably displeased with Meghan’s behavior.
It is unlikely that Meghan will be invited to any feminist award events in the near future.
On a more positive note, Marlo Thomas, an accomplished actress, author, and activist, will be receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Gracie Awards.
The Alliance for Women in Media (AWMF) exclusively revealed that Thomas will be presented with the prestigious honor on May 23rd at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
This award recognizes women in media who embody the essence of the late Gracie Allen, after whom the ceremony is named.
Sophie Carson and Diane Warren will also be performing at the event, adding to the star-studded lineup.
Marlo Thomas has made a significant impact on the entertainment industry, earning accolades such as the Golden Globe and Grammy Awards.
She has also been inducted into the Broadcast Hall of Fame and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Obama in 2014.
Her notable roles include leading the sitcom “That Girl” and appearing in films like “It Happened One Christmas,” “Ocean’s 8,” “Nobody’s Child,” and TV shows like “Friends.”
