Dakota Johnson Wanted Jamie Dornan Fully Undressed in Fifty Shades Darker
In the next Fifty Shades sequel, Dakota Johnson wants her hot co-star Jamie Dornan to go “fully n-k-d.”
On Wednesday’s Watch What Happens Live, the 26-year-old actress appeared with Leslie Mann and Alison Brie from How to Be Single and responded to a query from a fan about why it seemed like there were more bare scenes of her in Fifty Shades of Grey than there were of Dornan’s, 33.
“Dakota, do you think that it’s fair that we saw way less of Jamie Dornan’s body in Fifty Shades than we saw of yours?” host Andy Cohen read from a card.
“Hmm, that’s an interesting question,” Johnson responded. “I’ll probably get in trouble for this question. Yeah, I’m going to get him fully n-k-d in the next one.”
“He should be,” Leslie stated. “I would like that.”

“Everybody wants to see the D!” agreed Dakota.
In agreement, Cohen said, “Show us the D. It’s the sequel. It has to be bigger and better and more.”
“Yeah, the Dornan D!” Johnson joked.
Mann and Brie were totally in favor of including the “Dornan D” in the follow-up. Johnson joked, “We should start a movement. A campaign.”
The ladies could be let down, however, since Jamie had previously said he had little interest in being completely exposed.
“You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out,” he said.
“You don’t want to make something gratuitous, ugly and graphic.”
He also acknowledged in a another interview that the idea of revealing his p£nis in Fifty Shades of Grey “was never even discussed” with the film’s producers.
He said: “They were privy to everything, just not my manhood.”
Johnson and Dornan, 33, portray Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey in the erotic film series that is based on the trilogy of E.L. James’ books. The co-stars will next work on back-to-back productions of Fifty Shades Freed and Darker.
In 2014, when promoting Fifty Shades of Grey, actor Jamie Dornan gave an explanation of why he didn’t want to expose himself on camera. He told The Guardian, “You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out.”
He said that during shooting, he wore a flesh-covered pouch. “It’s like one of those little satchels that Robin Hood or someone of that era would have tied on to his belt. There’s no back. It’s tiny. I mean, it’s not tiny! Because it’s got to hold a lot.”
When ET chatted with Johnson at the How to Be Single premiere in New York City, the actress opened up about her personal life and the finest dating advice she has ever gotten from her well-known mother, Melanie Griffith.
“She always said not to compromise myself or my work or my dreams for anyone,” Johnson shared. “Especially a dude.”
