Harvey Weinstein was chased by tiny dog in rape accuser’s apartment

Harvey Weinstein, the former Hollywood mogul who was once considered one of the most powerful men in the industry, was chased around the apartment of one of his accusers by a tiny Chihuahua named Peanut.

The jurors in his rape trial heard about this amusing encounter on Tuesday.

Elizabeth Entin, who shared an apartment in the East Village with Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi, testified in Manhattan Supreme Court about Weinstein’s encounter with the little dog in 2006.

According to Entin, Haleyi informed her that Weinstein had shown up at their apartment uninvited and “pushed his way in.” She also mentioned that Weinstein was “kind of frightened” by Peanut, who was chasing him around.

Entin recalled Weinstein saying, “What is this thing?

Get it away from me.” This incident occurred sometime before Weinstein allegedly forcibly performed oral s** on Haleyi at his Soho apartment on July 10, 2006.

Weinstein later laughed off Entin’s testimony while leaving the courtroom.

When asked by a reporter if he was afraid of Chihuahuas, Weinstein shot back with a chuckle, “Do I look like I’m afraid of Chihuahuas?” He then pushed along the walker he’s been using since having back surgery in December.

Weinstein faces up to life in prison on predatory s**ual assault and other charges involving Haleyi and two other women.

However, he has denied any wrongdoing.

Earlier in the day, Entin told jurors that Haleyi, who was a production assistant working on the Weinstein-produced show “Project Runway”, confided in her about her alleged s**ual assault.

Entin said that Haleyi was very nervous when she confided in her.

She was pacing and seemed anxious while hovering in the doorway of her bedroom.

Haleyi recounted how Weinstein pulled off her underwear, pulled out her tampon, and went down on her while she was still saying no.

Entin told Haleyi, “Miriam, that sounds like rape.”

Entin also shared an incident where she met Weinstein when he came up to their apartment on East Sixth Street near Avenue B. Weinstein put his arm around Miriam, his hand on her stomach, and pulled her towards him while saying, “This is the hottest woman I know!” Entin said Weinstein just seemed like a “pathetic” old man at the time.

She and Haleyi saw it as an older man trying hard to hit on Miriam, so they laughed it off.

On Tuesday, prosecutors gave jurors a glimpse into Weinstein’s once-glamorous life before his career was destroyed by a series of s**ual misconduct allegations.

They showed a series of photos in court that depicted a much younger and healthier-looking Weinstein rubbing elbows with Quentin Tarantino, Bill Clinton, and others.

One photo showed a smiling Weinstein, who won a Best Picture Oscar for “Shakespeare in Love,” with his now ex-wife, Georgina Chapman, at Paris Fashion Week in 2006, just five days before he allegedly s**ually assaulted Haleyi.

In conclusion, the trial proceedings against Harvey Weinstein have taken an interesting turn with the testimony of Elizabeth Entin about the little Chihuahua Peanut chasing Weinstein around the apartment.

The trial will continue, and the outcome remains uncertain for the former Hollywood mogul.

Meanwhile, the glimpses of his glamorous life shown in the photos presented by prosecutors serve as a stark contrast to the accusations made against him.
