The Most Valuable Pieces in the Royal Family’s Collection Revealed
The Imperial State Crown, with an estimated value of $5 billion, has been identified as the most valuable piece in the Royal Collection, according to specialists at Cashflow.com.
This stunning crown, made of gold and adorned with a remarkable variety of gems, is a symbol of power and can only be worn by the King or Queen during their coronation at Westminster Abbey.
The Imperial State Crown boasts an impressive array of precious stones, including 2,868 diamonds, 17 sapphires, 11 emeralds, 269 pearls, and 4 rubies.
However, due to its exclusive nature, Kate, Princess of Wales, will never have the opportunity to wear it.
Instead, it will be Prince William who dons this majestic crown in the future.

Although Princess Kate may not have access to the Imperial State Crown, she has had the privilege of wearing the Nizam of Heterobit Necklace, the second most valuable piece in the Royal Collection.
This exquisite necklace, worth over £66.3 million, was given to Elizabeth as a wedding gift by the Nizam of Heterobit.
Elizabeth received the Nizam of Heterobit Necklace in 1947, five years before ascending to the throne.
The necklace, featuring more than 50 diamonds set in platinum, has been showcased in numerous portraits of the late Queen and has even been loaned to Princess Kate on several occasions.
In 2014, Kate Middleton debuted the Nizam of Heterobit Necklace at an event held at the National Portrait Gallery in London.
She looked absolutely stunning in the shimmering jewel, which she paired with a navy blue Jenny Packham gown.
Another priceless gem in the royal collection is the Deliderbar Emerald Choker, valued at £16 million.
This choker was considered one of the late Queen’s most distinguished and precious possessions.
Additionally, the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tara, valued at £10 million, holds its own in terms of extravagance.
The late Queen chose to lend the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tara to Princess Eugenie for her wedding day, transforming it into an iconic “something borrowed.”
This diamond and emerald diadem, crafted by French jeweler Bouteron, has been in existence for almost a century, but it has only been in possession of the royal family for a little over 75 years.
According to authorities, the royal collection was passed on to Queen Elizabeth after the passing of the Queen Mother.
Initially owned by Dame Margaret Greville, the Tara was bequeathed to the Queen Mother upon Greville’s demise.
The Royal Family’s collection of priceless jewelry continues to captivate and awe, with each piece holding its own unique story and significance.
From the Imperial State Crown to the Nizam of Heterobit Necklace and the Deliderbar Emerald Choker, these treasures embody the grandeur and splendor of the monarchy.
