Meghan Markle’s Mother: The Truth Behind Her Professional and Personal Life

Doria Braglund, the mother of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has been frequently referred to as a licensed therapist or a clinical social worker in the media.

However, as Megan herself revealed in an interview with Glamour, her mother is actually a yoga instructor who works specifically with the geriatric community.

While Doria did receive her ASW or Associate Clinical Social Worker licensure in July 2015, four years after receiving her MSW, she never attained the LCSW status, which would have allowed her to practice social work independently.

To obtain the LCSW designation, Doria would have had to pass the clinical and ethics exams, receive two years of supervision, and complete yearly continuing education requirements.

Without a supervisor, she cannot do social work according to her license.

This raises questions about her business that provides geriatric care, as she has an independent license, making it impossible for her to work as a social worker without supervision in California or anywhere else.

Moreover, to apply to sit for the exam to become an independent social worker, one must have thousands of hours of supervised social work experience under their belt.

All of this happened before Doria met Prince Harry, and even though she is listed as graduating in 2011, her name is in the 2012 commencement program.

Doria never worked out of her home either according to her resume, which is another piece of fishiness in her case.

Tom Bauer, a royal author, revealed in his book that Doria Ragland was a drug dealer who used drugs heavily and sold them due to legal constraints.

While he is unable to explain Doria’s absence from Meghan’s life, it’s quite obvious that narcotics still play a significant role in the Sussex camp.

According to speculations, Doria Ragland was detained and sentenced to 4 to 5 years in prison for tax evasion related to a travel agency that she owned.

She was in prison and was released on April 30, 2016, after Governor Jerry Brown pardoned her to reduce overcrowded jails.

Criminal records are expunged with a pardon.

However, there is no actual evidence of her whereabouts being connected with April 30, 2016, which raises doubts about the truth behind these rumors.

Through conflicting claims, some people claim that Doria was actually jailed, while others claim that these are only unfounded tales.

Regardless of the truth behind these rumors, it’s clear that Doria’s professional and personal life has been shrouded in mystery.

It’s important to note that Doria does not hold a license to practice social work independently, despite being referred to as a licensed therapist or clinical social worker in the media.

While she may have experience in the field, she cannot practice without supervision.

In conclusion, Doria Braglund’s professional and personal life has been subject to rumors and speculation.

While it’s unclear whether she was actually involved in drug dealing or tax evasion, what is clear is that she cannot practice social work independently without supervision.
