Meghan Markle Not Signing With Dior, But Louis Vuitton May Be in the Works

The rumour mill has been churning out stories about Meghan Markle potentially signing a major deal with French luxury fashion house Dior.

However, it seems that the rumours may not be true after all.

According to Page 6, a spokesperson for the Sussexes has confirmed that the Duchess of Sussex has no plans to become the face of Dior.

Nonetheless, it appears that Markle is interested in a potential deal with another high-end label, Louis Vuitton.

Markle’s interest in Louis Vuitton was first noted when she wore a custom-made off-the-shoulder dress by the brand’s creative director, Nicolas Guesquere, to the 2022 Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Awards.

The dress featured long sleeves, a structured skirt with a front split, and was styled with diamond drop earrings, a black clutch bag, and classic black pointed heels.

Although her overall appearance was well-reviewed, controversy arose due to the purchase of the award and the fact that she wore a Louis Vuitton dress on the night of the controversy.

Despite the controversy, Louis Vuitton remains a top brand in the fashion world, as evidenced by the star-studded front row at their recent launch party for their new collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

Celebrities such as Rihanna, Beyonce, and Zendaya Dayani were in attendance, making it clear that Louis Vuitton is still a highly sought-after brand.

Pharrell Williams’ first show as creative director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear was held on the oldest stone bridge across the Seine in Paris, the Pont Neuf.

Rihanna, who was recently unveiled on billboards modelling the brand’s first advertising campaign, was front row with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky.

Beyonce, who took a break from her Renaissance World Tour, wore a slouchy yellow pyjama-style outfit and oversized sunglasses, while her husband Jay-Z wore a crisp white shirt and a chocolate brown three-piece suit.

Euphoria actor and new Louis Vuitton ambassador Zendaya sat next to Beyonce for the show, wearing a sparkly loose patterned shirt with matching trousers and curly hair left long.

The star-studded front row didn’t stop there.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian was in attendance in a camouflage bralette and leggings, set with an oversized furry belt bag, as well as supermodel Naomi Campbell, who wore a chic leather mini dress and matching blazer in the Louis Vuitton logo pattern.

The celeb-heavy front row was topped off with the likes of rapper Jaden Smith, actor Jared Leto, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, and singer Anita.

It’s interesting to note that while Dior may have shunned Meghan Markle, Louis Vuitton appears to be courting her.

Only time will tell if a deal will be struck between the two parties, but it’s clear that Louis Vuitton remains a top player in the fashion world, with some of the biggest names in entertainment flocking to their events.

In conclusion, while the rumour about Meghan Markle becoming the face of Dior has been debunked, it seems that the Duchess of Sussex may have her sights set on another high-end label, Louis Vuitton.

With some of the biggest names in entertainment flocking to their events, it’s clear that Louis Vuitton remains a top player in the fashion world.
