Simi took to Twitter after the interview aired to brand Meghan a liar. She said that the Duchess was evil and that she was attempting to win support by using the race card.

“#OprahMeghanHarry I don’t believe a word Meghan says. Not a word. She is lying to make herself a victim. She is using the race card to gain sympathy. Evil,” Simi Garewal wrote.

The interview with Oprah comes more than a year after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry revealed their intention to step down as senior Royal family members.
