Lady Victoria Hervey Accuses Meghan Markle of Damaging Prince Harry’s Reputation

The recent split of the Sussexes from Spotify has sparked a heated debate among British socialites.

Lady Victoria Hervey, a prominent English aristocrat, has criticised Meghan Markle for allegedly tarnishing Prince Harry’s reputation.

Hervey appeared on GB News’ The Clash, hosted by Dan Wootten, along with royal commentator Nina Muscow, to discuss the Sussexes’ fallout with the audio streaming platform and Spotify executive Bill Simmons’ controversial description of the couple as grifters.

According to Lady Hervey, Markle should be held accountable for the public’s changing perception of Prince Harry since their departure from royal duties in 2020 and relocation to California.

Hervey argued that Markle has besmirched Prince Harry’s reputation, and he voluntarily followed her lead, implying Markle’s influence.

Addressing Simmons’ accusations against the Sussexes, Hervey said that having an executive of this calibre labelling them as grifters will undoubtedly cast a shadow over their image, especially given Markle’s representation by top Hollywood agency WME this year.

Lady Hervey admitted her surprise at Simmons’ public critique of the couple following the termination of their purported $20 million deal with Spotify, asserting that such comments hint at a tumultuous end to the partnership.

The socialite further speculated that a distaste for royal life could have driven Markle to advocate for their move to the US.

Hervey argued that one of the key reasons behind Markle’s insistence on moving to America was her disinterest in royal life, which entails activities like hospital visits and interaction with ailing children.

However, Muscow defended the Duchess, citing her 2017 humanitarian effort supporting the publication of a community cookbook for Grenfell Tower fire victims.

Muscow emphasized that Markle aided Prince Harry in escaping a toxic situation in the UK, asserting Markle’s positive influence.

The commentator also predicted the Sussexes’ quick return to podcasting with another platform, given Spotify’s decision not to renew Markle’s Archetypes podcast.

Experts believe that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly drove Spotify to the point where it was forced to cut ties permanently.

Royal commentator Russell Myers shared his insights during an interview with Sky News Australia host Caroline DeRusso, stating that there were real concerns about what was being produced after a while.

Especially since the couple were well known for saying they love podcasting since it reminds us all to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction.

Mr. Myers also chimed in to add that the bosses have pretty much held up their hands and said it wasn’t working for them, and that’s ultimately the main reason.

Last week, Markle’s management announced her intentions to continue producing content for Archetypes on another platform.

The team behind Archetypes remains proud of their creation at Spotify.

Previously, Kelly Osbourne’s recent podcast Tirade Against Prince Harry has drawn varied responses, with some accusing her of exploiting the Sussex narrative for attention and rehashing her past indiscretions.

Others, however, argued she merely voiced what many think.

During the June 20 episode of the I’ve Had It podcast, Osbourne used a string of explicit language to describe Prince Harry, leading to co-hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan’s fits of laughter.

Osbourne expressed her frustration with the Duke’s public handling of his mental health, accusing him of excessive self-pity and complaining.

She stated, “He’s a-whining, complaining, Woe is me, I’m the only one that’s ever had mental problems.

My life was so hard.”

Prince Harry has indeed been candid about his mental health struggles during numerous interviews, such as his conversation with Oprah Winfrey in the Me You Can’t See, and during panel discussions for Better Up, where he holds the title of Chief Impact Officer, CIO.

For Osbourne, Harry’s emotional burdens are shared by many, yet she criticized his approach, stating, “Everybody’s fing life is hard.

You were the prince of a goddamned country who dressed up as a fing Nazi and now you’re trying to come back as the pope?

Suck it.”

The expletive-laden criticism from the former Osbourne star sparked a flurry of contrasting reactions.

Some commended her for voicing her opinions openly, with one YouTube commenter noting, “Kelly is just saying what’s on everyone’s mind.”

In conclusion, Lady Victoria Hervey has accused Meghan Markle of damaging Prince Harry’s reputation, while Kelly Osbourne has criticised him for excessive self-pity and complaining.

Meanwhile, experts believe that the Sussexes’ fallout with Spotify was a result of their production quality, and they predict a quick return to podcasting with another platform.
