Kate Middleton and Prince William Attend Jordan’s Crown Princess’s Wedding

Kate Middleton and Prince William have made their way to Jordan to attend the wedding of Jordan’s crown princess, Scene.

The couple was spotted in the country earlier today, and it seems they are ready to celebrate this joyous occasion.

The wedding feast, which will be held later tonight, promises to be a grand affair, with a state banquet planned.

All eyes will be on the Princess of Wales, as she is expected to dazzle in her attire, possibly wearing a tiara.

Today, in Amman, Jordan, footage captured Kate Middleton, 41, and Prince William, 40, exploring the interior of the luxurious Street Regis Hotel.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are currently in Jordan to partake in the Royal Wedding of Crown Princess Scene of Jordan, who is turning 28, and Rajwan Alsaif, who is turning 29.

The royal couple’s nuptials will take place at Zarn Palace in Amman at 4 pm local time, which translates to 2 pm British time.

Although there is a dress code requiring black tie attire and no tiaras allowed at the reception, King Abdullah and Queen Rainier of Jordan will host a formal state banquet later in the evening.

This suggests that Princess Kate will likely attend the event as a representative of a foreign royal family.

The question remains, which tiara will she choose to wear?

For her wedding to Prince William, Kate was given the Cartier Halo tiara by the late Queen Elizabeth.

The iconic Alexander McQueen ensemble she wore on her special day was beautifully complemented by the delicate diamond and platinum diadem.

Although Kate hasn’t been seen wearing the tiara in public since her wedding, jewelry enthusiasts are still hopeful that she will don it again in the near future.

The Cartier Halo tiara, created in 1936, was originally owned by Elizabeth, the Duchess of York, who would later become the Queen Mother.

It was gifted to Queen Elizabeth I when she turned 18.

Following her wedding in 2011, Kate made her first public appearance wearing the tiara at the annual diplomatic reception held at Buckingham Palace in December 2013.

She wore the Lotus Flower tiara, also known as the Papyrus tiara, paired with a light blue gown and dangling earrings.

The Lotus Flower tiara, adorned with pearls and diamonds, was a favorite accessory of Princess Margaret and the Queen Mother.

Kate Middleton wore it for the second time in October 2015, during a state luncheon honoring President Tsai Tse-Chin-Ping of China.

In 2022, she once again chose the Lotus Flower headpiece, pairing it with a red Jenny Packham dress for a diplomatic event.

Another tiara that holds sentimental value is the Lover’s Knot tiara, which was a personal favorite of Princess Diana.

Kate Middleton debuted this tiara in December 2015, and it has since become one of her go-to choices for special occasions.

She wore it again in December 2016 at the annual diplomatic banquet held at Buckingham Palace.

The Lover’s Knot tiara made appearances at various state banquets, including those honoring King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands in 2018 and former US President Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK in 2019.

During King Charles’ first state banquet in 2022, Kate, now the newly crowned Princess of Wales, opted for the Lover’s Knot tiara once again.

However, for the coronation ceremony, where other royals were not allowed to wear tiaras, Kate chose a sparkly headband created by milliner Jess Collett in collaboration with Alexander McQueen.

The stunning headpiece, adorned with crystals and silver bullion, was a unique creation.

It was crafted by Jess Collett, who has been working as a milliner for the past 25 years.

The estimated value of this exquisite piece is around £32,000, according to jewelry specialists at Stephen Stone.

As Kate Middleton and Prince William attend the royal wedding in Jordan, all eyes will be on Kate’s choice of tiara.

Will she opt for the Cartier Halo tiara, the Lotus Flower tiara, or the beloved Lover’s Knot tiara?

Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure: Kate will undoubtedly grace the occasion with her elegance and style.
