James Corden Spotted at Sussex Mansion: Plans to Buy Back Estate at Discounted Price

James Corden, the renowned TV personality, was recently spotted at Lookie’s Steakhouse in the US after his return from the UK.

Corden, who left the Late Late Show and relocated to the UK with his wife Julia and their three children, made a quick visit back to the states.

During his visit, he even paid a visit to Prince Harry and Meghan’s Montecito estate, which is currently on sale for a reduced price of $9.5 million.

Sporting a bright blue hoodie and jeans, Corden was accompanied by his wife Julia, who looked stylish in a black coat, as well as their children, whom he affectionately embraced as they left the restaurant.

Sources close to Corden reveal that he is interested in purchasing the Harcoules mansion before returning to America.

The property, previously owned by Meghan and Harry, is being sold at a significantly lower price due to its deteriorating condition.

Corden’s decision to buy the mansion comes as a financial lifeline for the Harcoules, as other wealthy buyers have shown little interest in the property.

His plan is to refurbish the estate and sell it to another buyer at a higher price.

Interestingly, Julia Corden also disclosed that the Sussexes are currently facing a substantial debt of approximately $20 million.

The annual property taxes for the Olive Garden, as the mansion is known, range from $75,000 to $1.5 million.

In addition to this, there are mortgage payments, expenses for staff such as maids, nannies, cooks, groundskeepers, and maintenance costs for the pool, electricity, gas, and water bills.

With limited sources of income, Meghan and Harry find themselves in a tight financial spot, especially considering expenses for travel, food, clothing, and their children’s education.

Surprisingly, just 18 months after moving into their $20 million Montecito mansion, the couple is already looking to sell the property.

Despite signing high-profile deals with Spotify and Netflix, they have not received the expected payments.

Their earnings from these projects are contingent on the success of the shows, with only a million or two per picked up project.

Consequently, their financial resources have been depleted.

The couple’s annual security costs alone amount to $6 million, not to mention Meghan’s extravagant clothing expenses.

Prior to her marriage to Harry, Meghan did not earn a substantial income and was relatively unknown.

Although she may have earned some money towards the end of her acting career, it is nowhere near the figures required to sustain their lavish lifestyle.

Furthermore, Meghan and Harry have had to rely on the generosity of friends for private planes and accommodations, as they are unable to afford exotic trips themselves.

It appears that money is indeed tight for the couple.

In fact, Harry even had to promote the suit he wore to a coronation event in order to afford it.

One report suggests that the couple is not particularly pleased with their current property and is open to private offers.

However, the property will not be listed on the market due to their status.

Only serious buyers with confirmed funds are being given the opportunity to view the estate.

Interestingly, during Harry’s appearance on James Corden’s late-night show last year, Meghan expressed her desire to avoid further moves.

Yet, despite their numerous high-profile deals, their actual output in terms of career progress has remained stagnant.

In conclusion, James Corden’s unexpected visit to the US and his interest in purchasing Meghan and Harry’s Montecito estate has brought some relief to the Harcoules’ financial crisis.

With the couple facing a significant debt and struggling to maintain their extravagant lifestyle, selling the mansion at a discounted price could potentially alleviate their financial burden.
