Harvey Weinstein allegedly erection drug before rape

Harvey Weinstein, a Hollywood mogul, allegedly injected himself with an erection drug before raping an aspiring actress in a Manhattan hotel room in 2013.

This was revealed during the opening statements at his s**ual assault trial on Wednesday by prosecutor Meghan Hast from Manhattan Supreme Court.

According to Hast, the incident occurred several months into Weinstein’s relationship with the woman whom he had met at an industry party in Los Angeles.

During their encounters, Weinstein allegedly became “more demanding and violent,” leading to an incident on March 18, 2013, at the DoubleTree hotel in Midtown East.

Here, Hast said that “the defendant decided he wanted more and forcibly took it.”

The woman was staying at the hotel and was planning to introduce a friend to Weinstein during a breakfast meeting when he unexpectedly called from the lobby and said he was checking in.

Weinstein allegedly pulled her inside and wouldn’t let her leave.

He then demanded that she take off her clothes, but she refused, causing him to become louder and more aggressive.

He grabbed her and physically undressed her.

After the woman relented and disrobed, Weinstein “ordered her onto the bed and disappeared for a moment into the bathroom.” When he came back out, he got on top of her and raped her.

The woman was “distraught, disgusted and horrified,” and ran into the bathroom where she saw a needle in the garbage can.

The woman later Googled the label of the wrapper and learned that it was for an erectile dysfunction drug.

In 2018, a former Weinstein personal assistant named Sandeep Rehal filed a federal s** discrimination and harassment suit against him that alleged she was forced to manage his stock of Caverject, a fast-acting medication in disposable syringes that’s injected into the p-nis to produce an erection.

Rehal’s suit was dismissed on a technicality, but she is reportedly among more than 30 women who struck a tentative $25 million deal last month to settle claims against Weinstein and his bankrupt movie studio, The Weinstein Co.

Weinstein has been accused of s**ual harassment and assault by numerous women in the entertainment industry, which led to the rise of the #MeToo movement.

He has pleaded not guilty to five charges of rape and s**ual assault involving two women in New York.

His trial is expected to last for a few weeks, and the prosecution will present more evidence and call witnesses to testify against him.

The allegations against Weinstein have sparked a global conversation about power dynamics and s**ual assault in the workplace, leading to changes in laws and policies.

The #MeToo movement has encouraged victims of s**ual harassment and assault to come forward with their stories and has helped to hold powerful individuals accountable for their actions.

Weinstein’s case is being closely watched by the public and the media, and the outcome of the trial could have far-reaching implications for the entertainment industry and beyond.

It remains to be seen whether he will be found guilty or not, but the allegations against him have already had a significant impact on society.
