The 31-year-old model turned heads in a yellow plaid mini dress from the brand Miaou.

The dress featured a side slit and a figure-hugging fit, and Emily accessorized with a butterfly necklace and hoop earrings.

She completed her outfit with a pair of white sneakers and a brown purse.

Her long brunette hair cascaded down her back as she walked with her son and friend.

Emily’s estranged husband Sebastian Bear-McClard was also seen earlier in the day dropping off Sylvester at Emily’s place.

Emily and Bear-McClard are currently in the middle of a contentious divorce and custody battle.

The ex-couple got married in a New York courthouse in February 2018 after dating for just two weeks.

They split up last summer after allegations of Bear-McClard’s infidelity.

Emily recently shared her fears about losing custody of her son in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. She said, “I’m scared. I’m learning that outspoken women don’t often get their children.”

The publication noted that Sylvester lives with Emily full-time but sees Bear-McClard several times a week.

Bear-McClard has been accused of “grooming” two teenage girls via Instagram before sleeping with them.

According to Variety, the film producer reached out to a 17-year-old on Instagram in 2016 before meeting her at a Soho loft.

He reportedly promised her that she would be able to meet Robert Pattinson on the set of “Good Time,” which was being produced by Josh and Benny Safdie.

Bear-McClard has been accused of sexual misconduct by two women in documents obtained by Variety and “troubling behavior” by a third.

A spokeswoman for the Safdies told Variety that their team terminated Bear-McClard’s contract after becoming aware of his behavior in July 2022.
