Bella Thorne Blasts Whoopi Goldberg for slamming her nude photos: ‘I feel f***ing disgusting. Shame on you’
Bella Thorne is retaliating against Whoopi Goldberg, who chastised her on “The View” for taking intimate photos.
The 21-year-old actress shared several topless photos on Saturday, along with a lengthy message in which she claimed a hacker had obtained several private images and was threatening to release them unless she paid compensation, but Goldberg claimed she shouldn’t have taken the photos in the first place.
“Once you take that picture it goes into the cloud and it’s available to any hacker who wants them,” Goldberg stated on Tuesday. “And if you don’t know that in 2019 that this is an issue, I’m sorry. Your age does not —you don’t get to do that.”
She continued, “if you’re famous — I don’t care how old you are —you don’t take nude pictures of yourself.”

Thorne was furious.
Tuesday night, Thorne reacted to Goldberg with a series of sad Instagram Stories. “Shame on you … for putting that public opinion just out there like that for every young girl to think that they’re disgusting for even taking a photo like that. Shame on you,” Thorne said.
She stated she felt “really bad” about herself after hearing Goldberg’s remarks. “I don’t really wanna go on The View anymore because I don’t really want to be beaten down by a bunch of older women for my body and my sexuality and i dont really feel like that and so I’m gonna cancel my intervie.”
‘I don’t really want you guys talking about your views to young girls because I would not want my daughter to learn that and I would never say that to her.’
The topic sparked a lot of discussion on Twitter. “Whoopi” and “Bella Thorne” had become popular topics on the platform by Wednesday morning. Many people agreed with Goldberg, saying, “Actions have consequences.”
Meanwhile, “The View” co-host Sunny Hostin defended Thorne, claiming she felt “terrible” for her, while co-host Meghan McCain said she would have published naked pictures years ago if her family wasn’t in politics. McCain admitted, “I know the temptation.”
Thorne told The Hollywood Reporter on Sunday that she felt the hacker was a juvenile male, and that while she was hurt and outraged, she was not likely to press charges.
“He’s still a kid and we make mistakes, this mistake is a bad one,” she told THR. “But I don’t want some 17-year-old’s whole life ruined because he wasn’t thinking straight and [was] being a dumbass.”
