Warren Beatty sued for forcing s-x with teenager

Warren Beatty, an 85-year-old actor known for his role in Bonnie and Clyde, has been sued for allegedly coercing s**ual contact with a teenage girl in 1973.

Kristina Charlotte Hirsch filed a civil lawsuit against the actor in Los Angeles, claiming that he forced her to have s** with him when she was between the ages of 14 and 15.

According to the lawsuit, Beatty invited Hirsch to the hotel where he was living and “used his position and status as an adult and a Hollywood movie star to coerce s**ual contact with Plaintiff on multiple occasions, including oral s**, simulated s**, and finally coerced s**ual intercourse with the minor child.”

The suit also alleges that Hirsch initially believed she was in a romantic relationship with Beatty and was “initially thrilled” by the attention.

Hirsch, who currently resides in Louisiana, is seeking compensation for psychological, mental, and emotional distress caused by the alleged abuse.

Beatty’s legal representatives have yet to respond to the accusations.

The lawsuit was filed under a 2019 California law that allows for a three-year “lookback window” for claims of child s**ual abuse that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations.

The law has led to a wave of new lawsuits against alleged abusers, including several high-profile cases in the entertainment industry.

Beatty, the younger brother of actress Shirley MacLaine, has had a reputation as a Hollywood heartthrob throughout his career.

He has been romantically linked to figures such as Jane Fonda, Brigitte Bardot, Diane Keaton, and Britt Ekland.

Since 1992, he has been married to fellow actress Annette Bening. In 1982, he won the Oscar for Best Director for the film Reds.

The allegations against Beatty come amid a larger reckoning with s**ual abuse and harassment in the entertainment industry, fueled in part by the #MeToo movement.

Many high-profile figures, including Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, and Bill Cosby, have faced legal action in recent years over allegations of s**ual misconduct.

The lawsuit against Beatty also comes as several other high-profile cases have made headlines.

In March 2021, actor Armie Hammer was accused of rape and assault by a former girlfriend, and in February 2021, Marilyn Manson was accused of abuse by several women.

It is not yet clear how Beatty plans to respond to the lawsuit.

However, if the case goes to trial, it could shed further light on the actor’s past behavior and contribute to the ongoing conversation around s**ual abuse and misconduct in Hollywood.

Legal experts note that lawsuits like Hirsch’s can be difficult to prove, particularly when they involve events that took place decades ago.

However, the 2019 California law has provided new opportunities for alleged victims to seek justice and hold their abusers accountable, even in cases where the statute of limitations would otherwise have expired.

It remains to be seen how Beatty’s reputation and legacy will be affected by the allegations against him.

However, the lawsuit is a reminder of the ongoing struggle to address s**ual abuse and harassment in all corners of society, and the need for continued efforts to prevent and address these issues.
