“Warren Beatty raped me at 14”
In a recent lawsuit filed against actor Warren Beatty, Kristina Charlotte Hirsch has accused him of statutory rape when she was just 14 years old.
While the lawsuit was filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, a YouTube video from 2018 has recently resurfaced where Hirsch details the alleged statutory rape.
In the video, titled “WARREN BEATTY STATUTORY RAPE STATEMENT: s**ual Abuse of Children and Teen girls in Hollywood,” Hirsch claims that she was brought to the set of Beatty’s thriller-drama “The Parallax View” for the “purposes of s**ual pandering by an adult.”
Hirsch alleges that while she was unaware of what was happening at the time, the two carried on a relationship from the spring of 1973 until January 1974 that she believed was “special.” However, she now realizes that it was a crime that Beatty was allegedly committing by raping her, forcing her to have oral s** upon him, having oral s** with her, sodomizing her, and emotionally damaging her for the past 44 years.
Hirsch also claimed that Beatty paid her “undue attention” when they met on the film set and allegedly commented repeatedly on her looks.
He called her numerous times, brought her along on car rides, offered to help her with her homework, invited her to his live-in hotel, and spoke to her on several occasions “about losing her virginity.”

She described his alleged behavior as “oppressive, malicious and despicable in that it was intentional and done in conscious disregard for [her] rights and safety.”
At the time of filming the video, Hirsch was an ordained minister in the Unitarian Church and introduced herself as Pastor Tina St. Claire.
She ended her message by asking Anderson Cooper to interview her about her claims.
In her lawsuit, Hirsch has accused Beatty of “predatory grooming” and coercing her into having s** with him when she was a minor.
She is requesting a trial by jury and seeking damages for psychological, mental, and emotional distress.
Beatty’s representatives have not yet responded to Page Six’s numerous requests for comment.
This is not the first time that Beatty has been accused of s**ual misconduct.
In 2017, he was among the many high-profile men accused of s**ual harassment and assault during the #MeToo movement.
While Beatty did deny the allegations at the time, Hirsch’s lawsuit adds another layer to the already controversial career of the Hollywood icon.
The news of Hirsch’s lawsuit against Beatty comes as the entertainment industry is still grappling with allegations of s**ual misconduct and abuse.
The #MeToo movement, which began in 2017, brought to light the rampant abuse of power in Hollywood and other industries.
Since then, numerous high-profile figures have been accused of s**ual harassment and assault, and the conversation around consent and accountability has become more prevalent in mainstream culture.
It remains to be seen how the lawsuit against Beatty will play out in court.
However, Hirsch’s bravery in coming forward and sharing her story serves as a reminder of the importance of speaking out against abuse and holding those in power accountable for their actions.
The allegations against Beatty also highlight the need for continued progress in addressing issues of s**ual misconduct and abuse in the entertainment industry and beyond.
Only through education, awareness, and accountability can we create a culture that prioritizes the safety and well-being of all individuals.
