Travis Barker & Kourtney Kardashian Channel Sex Pistols’ Sid and Girlfriend Nancy in Halloween Costumes
Our favorite punk rock couple recently paid tribute to a sad Hollywood love story.
The recently engaged couple posted images of themselves dressed up as the infamous punk-rock couple Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen. The blink-182 drummer dressed up as the Sex Pistols bassist in a black leather jacket, spiky black wig, and Sid’s characteristic padlock chain, while Kardashian dressed up as the rocker’s girlfriend in a sheer fishnet blouse over a black bra and a curly blonde wig.
“till death do us part,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star captioned her Instagram image. “our love will never dieeee.”
Travis, on the other hand, chose to write “Throw away the key” below his photos.

Barker’s dedication to the outfit included concealing his neck and face tattoos. While he’s previously let his 15-year-old daughter Alabama to cover his tattoos with KVD Beauty’s Good Apple Foundation ($38), it’s unclear whether he used the TikTok-favorite, full-coverage makeup this time.
Sid Vicious’ notoriously destructive relationship with Philadelphia-born Nancy Spungen wasn’t the most Twilight-esque of love stories – Spungen was found dead with a single stab wound in the bathroom of the couple’s New York hotel room in 1978, with Vicious subsequently charged with her murder – but they were totally punk rock. Vicious died of a heroin overdose in New York on February 2, 1979.
Barker and Kardashian confirmed their engagement on Instagram on Sunday with the caption “forever.”

Barker proposed to Kardashian at the Rosewood Miramar resort in Montecito, Calif., with an oval-shaped diamond ring made by Lorraine Schwartz.
Schwartz tells PEOPLE, “I worked on it with Travis and he was a really big part of it. He was really hands-on in the whole making of it. It’s gorgeous and they’re happy.”
The two, who have known each other for years, allegedly started dating in January before making it Instagram-official on Valentine’s Day, when Kardashian posted a snapshot of their linked hands and Barker reacted with a black-heart emoji.
