Stalker breaks in to rape Sandra Bullock

Court documents reveal that a man accused of stalking actress Sandra Bullock intended to s**ually assault the “Gravity” star.

TheWrap obtained the court papers from an application for a restraining order filed by Bullock on Friday.

Bullock states that Joshua James Corbett carried a notebook containing “multiple pages of scribbled entries, some dated June 4 and June 7, 2014, which repeatedly describe lurid and s**ual acts including multiple entries detailing his intention to s**ually assault me.” Corbett was arrested after entering her home on June 8, 2014.

The court documents indicate that Corbett has an extensive criminal history dating back to 1992.

While in custody, he has been classified as “mentally disturbed.”

Additionally, the court papers disclose that several illegal firearms were discovered at Corbett’s residence.

Some of these firearms possess “extremely high killing capacities and the potential for mass destruction.”

Bullock also mentions in the papers that surveillance footage shows Corbett “stalking me outside of my residence on three prior evenings” before the June 8, 2014 intrusion.

On the day of the incident, Bullock recalls being awakened around 5:30 a.m. by “a loud banging” followed by an explosion.

Corbett then walked past her bedroom door and “pounded on my bedroom door repeatedly,” according to the actress’ account.

Bullock claims to have suffered “emotional injury including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family and household member, and loss of my sense of peace and security in my home and personal space resulting from the invasion by the defendant.”

TMZ reports that Corbett received a five-year probation sentence for the 2014 incident.
