The Duke of Sussex will allegedly be accompanied by a friendly reporter, amid reports that the rift between him and brother William has only grown in recent months.

Harry and Meghan have often complained about the British media’s portrayal of them, saying it is biased and lacks diversity. They now wish to ‘appoint’ at least one authorized writer to work with them at the statue unveiling at Kensington Palace, rather than leaving it to the official ‘Royal Rota’.

Of course, the reported request isn’t all that unexpected.

The princes will depart Kensington Palace together on the day of the memorial, walk to the monument, and then make individual remarks.

All eyes will be on Harry and William as they join forces to commemorate their mother on this momentous day. The brothers will meet one another for the first time since Prince Philip’s burial in mid-April. The two were spotted chatting together as they went from St. George’s Chapel to adjacent Windsor Castle at the time, but their relationship is still said to be tense, despite the apparently casual conversation they had as media cameras filmed.

According to sources, there has been no reconciliation since Harry and Meghan insulted the Royal Family in an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in March.

The Times claimed yesterday that a heated argument between the Duke and his brother over bullying allegations resulted in them separating their households, with a friend of the future King saying, ‘William threw Harry out.’

The Sussexes have consistently rejected the accusations of bullying and claim they have been defamed.

According to a source close to the statue’s organizing committee, “The boys will walk out together out of respect for their mum but there’s been no reconciliation.”

“Charles will leave it to the boys.

“Harry will need to quarantine for at least five days when he lands in England, most likely at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

“Charles has made it quite clear he will not be around beyond that because he is going to Scotland. There is no planned meeting.”

Concerned that the monument would attract crowds and a sea of flowers, the Princes decided to have it erected in the Princess Diana Memorial Garden at Kensington Palace, where the Princess of Wales stayed until her death and where Harry and Meghan announced their engagement.
