Meghan wants to share the life story of “hugely inspiring” Patrisse Cullors as part of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s big money agreement with the streaming giants.

According to reports, Meghan Markle is proposing a documentary on the Black Lives Matter co-founder.

‘Meghan has been blown away by the incredible work Patrisse has done,’ a source told The Mirror.

‘She thinks her story needs to be told – and she would love to be the one to make it.’

Patrisse, Alicia Garza, and Opal Tometi, all 36 years old, founded the Black Lives Matter movement in 2013.

After George Zimmerman’s acquittal in the killing of Trayvon Martin, the campaign started with the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter, and people began to go to the streets to protest against injustice.

The 39-year-old mother of one and her husband, Prince Harry, have agreed to a multi-year agreement with Netflix, under which the Sussexes will create documentaries, docuseries, feature films, scripted programs, and children’s programming via their production company.

Prince Harry has told friends that he wants to follow in the footsteps of Hollywood filmmaker Ron Howard.

He’s so dedicated to becoming a producer that he’s enrolled in a series of online filmmaking courses.

If Netflix approves the documentary, it will be part of a $100 million agreement made by Meghan Markle, 39, and Prince Harry, 35, with the streaming giant.

‘Our lives, both independent of each other, and as a couple have allowed us to understand the power of the human spirit: of courage, resilience, and the need for connection,’ the pair said of their new endeavor in a statement to the New York Times.

‘Through our work with diverse communities and their environments, to shining a light on people and causes around the world, our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.

“Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope. As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.”

Netflix’s “unprecedented reach will help us share impactful content that unlocks action,” they said.

After stepping down as senior royals in March, the pair said that they wished to live independently.

The commercial transaction, however, will be “scrutinized” by the Palace, according to insiders.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama also established a multi-year production relationship with the internet streaming service in 2018.

‘We’re incredibly proud they have chosen Netflix as their creative home and are excited about telling stories with them that can help build resilience and increase understanding for audiences everywhere,’ Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s co-chief executive and chief content officer, told the magazine.
