Ms Markle, who soared to fame in the US series Suits, put her acting career on hold when she met and married British royal Prince Harry, but the couple’s latest relocation to America suggests she might be returning to the industry.

Meghan will play Maureen O’Hara in the iconic Irish film The Quiet Man, and it has been announced that she will be returning to her origins in two respects.

Ms. Markle has Irish ancestors due to her father’s Dutch-Irish ancestors, and she’ll be moving to her ancestral home for the much awaited remake from Irish-American producer Ariel Parson.

The remake’s plot is being held under wraps, but we do know that it will stay true to the original, and Ms. Markle is getting Irish accent instruction from dialect teacher Brendan Gunn, who was behind Emily Blunt’s brilliant performance in Wild Mountain Thyme.

On April Fool’s Day 2023, it will be released in theaters.

As Meghan Markle figured out she was expecting her son Archie in 2019, she moved to New York for a $500,000 A-List baby shower attended by Serena Williams, Amal Clooney, and Jessica Mulroney at the Mark Hotel. However, a source confirms that it was a modest gathering relative to the baby shower she is preparing for her daughter.

“When Meghan had her first baby shower in New York, she was always attempting to obey the royal rules. Now that she is no longer a member of the household, she can do anything she likes, like throwing a huge party,” a source exclusively tells The Royal Observer. “Oprah [Winfrey] and Gayle [King] are expected to be involved, as well as Tyler Perry and the majority of the couple’s latest Hollywood mates. This would sound more like the Academy Awards than a baby shower.”

There’s also talk about relatives and friends from all around the planet being able to Zoom in on Archie’s first birthday, as they did on his first birthday.

“If the Queen needs to hop on Zoom, she would be really welcome,” an insider says. “Baby showers are more American than British, but after the backlash and reports around Meghan Markle’s first in New York, the Queen is well aware of them.”
