The world’s reaction to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s candid interview with Oprah Winfrey has been mixed. Simi Garewal, a veteran actor and talk show host, also took to Twitter to say that she doesn’t believe a word Meghan said on the show.

Simi wrote, “#OprahMeghanHarry I don’t believe a word Meghan says. Not a word. She is lying to make herself a victim. She is using the race card to gain sympathy. Evil.”

She realized, however, that the word evil was ‘excessive,’ so she substituted it with ‘calculating.’ She went on to say, “I withdraw the word ‘evil’. It was excessive. Calculating would have been more appropriate… ”

She also tweeted later that night, “Ho humm…Yawning face.. Enough of Oprah/Meghan/Harry!!!. Tomorrow is another day.. we have our own lives to navigate. ”

Her anti-Meghan tweets drew a lot of attention from the internet. While some agreed with Simi’s viewpoints, others joked that she was taking it all too seriously.

As one user put it, “That’s so True. She just wants to play the victim. Yet she never can be you. She only brings destruction. You bring happiness, light and a lot of Love. That’s Why from my childhood till now I love you Simi-ji . ”

“I don’t know what will Meghan do now as the whole point of her interview was to convince Simi Garewal.” one joked.  “Simi they’re not gonna invite you to the next royal tea party.” another added.

Meghan and Harry discussed prejudice, the firm’s falsehoods, mental health, and their relationship with the media and the Royal Family, among other topics, in their interview.
