Scarlett Johansson looked stunning in silver at the Oscars on Sunday, but it was her back tattoos that stole the show.

We expected the actress to go all out at the 2020 Oscars, and she did not disappoint. Johansson’s silky, s’xy gown was a sight to behold, and the ideal outfit for an Oscar nominee. Her silver bespoke Oscar De La Renta gown was absolutely stunning, and we can’t get enough of the glittering embellishments. By the way, the emphasis is on sheer. Under a flesh-toned mesh, a boned bodice revealed glimpses of Johansson’s skin, with strings of silver draped overtop.

Her seductive gown was ideal for displaying her multiple back tattoos, including a big series of roses in honor of her 6-year-old daughter Rose Dauriac, whom she shares with ex Romain Dauriac. A lamb and a big owl are inked beside the roses on her ribcage.

According to MSN, Johansson’s rose tattoo was first noticed when she visited the American Museum of Natural History’s Museum Gala in December 2017.

Apart from a flashy clutch, Johansson avoided the night’s statement necklace trend by opting for a modest bracelet and diamond drop earrings, allowing her gown’s exquisite design to speak for itself. Her updo did, however, contain a few strands of what seemed to be silver tinsel weaved into it. It’s subtle, but it’s a lot of fun! Of course, she walked the red carpet with Colin Jost, her fiancé.

The tailored gown flawlessly emphasized her figure, and the deep V-neck displayed the Marriage Story actress’s subtle cleavage. In the outfit, her toned arms looked incredible. Jojo Rabbit has wowed audiences at every event and big awards show she has attended.

Johansson has been nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role and Best Supporting Actress for her roles in “Marriage Story” and “Jojo Rabbit.”
