Richard Pryor enjoyed sleeping with Marlon Brando
Richard Pryor’s widow, Jennifer Lee Pryor, boldly affirms that the late comedian had absolutely no shame when it came to his passionate affair with renowned actor Marlon Brando.
Speaking at the world premiere screening of the documentary I Am Richard Pryor during South by Southwest, Jennifer Lee Pryor, who was married to the actor-comedian twice, refuted any notions of secrecy surrounding the relationship, as reported by The Daily Beast.
Setting the record straight, Jennifer confirmed the affair after musician Quincy Jones mentioned it in an eye-opening interview with Vulture.
According to Jones, Brando’s romantic escapades were legendary, and he revealed, “He’d f–k anything.
Anything! He’d f–k a mailbox. James Baldwin. Richard Pryor. Marvin Gaye.”

Addressing the controversy head-on, Jennifer Lee Pryor candidly spoke with TMZ, asserting that her husband was open about being bisexual among his close circle of friends.
She added, “It was the ’70s! Drugs were still good, especially quaaludes.
If you did enough cocaine, you’d f–k a radiator and send it flowers in the morning.”
However, not everyone was quick to embrace Jennifer’s revelations.
One of Richard Pryor’s children from a previous marriage denied the existence of any s**ual relationship between Pryor and Brando, criticizing Jennifer for her claims.
In response to this backlash, Jennifer defended herself at SXSW, proclaiming, “And when people say, ‘Well, let him rest in peace, Jennifer, what are you doing?’ then you’re not a fan because Richard discussed this.
He would be talking about it today if he were here.
He’d be pissed off that [Quincy Jones] was getting a hard time.
He’d probably fill you in on the details!”
Jennifer also disclosed that Richard had a brief romantic involvement with a transgender woman, but his interest waned after she underwent gender-confirmation surgery.
Moreover, she highlighted how Richard fearlessly addressed his s**ual encounters with men during his stand-up routines.
During a gay rights benefit show at the Hollywood Bowl in 1977, Richard Pryor fearlessly admitted, “I have sucked a dick.” Nevertheless, he shifted his tone and directed hostility toward the audience, emphasizing the disparity between the struggles faced by the black and gay communities.
Utilizing offensive language, he confronted the lack of black attendees and asserted that while black individuals were protesting racism through riots in Los Angeles’s Watts neighborhood, the gay community “were doing what [they] wanted to do on Hollywood Boulevard and didn’t give a shit about it.” He accused the gay community of racial prejudice.
Despite the vehement delivery of his words, Jennifer acknowledged Richard’s underlying message.
“He was admitting that, hey, I’m kind of one of you—not necessarily one of you—but I know the party, I know what happens, I’m down,” she explained in her interview with The Beast.
In a bold revelation, Jennifer Lee Pryor sheds light on the fearless and unabashed nature of Richard Pryor, as she confirms his affair with Marlon Brando.
This scandalous disclosure challenges the conventional perceptions of the late comedian, leaving audiences astounded and questioning the boundaries of love and sexuality in the world of entertainment.
