She went on to explain that she is “impressed” with her ability to function on little sleep, saying “I can sleep for just 45 minutes – I’m used to it.”

It seems that Cyrus’ dedication to her work is all-consuming, as she stated, “People are impressed with me because I can sleep for just 45 minutes – I’m used to it. I suppose I am a workhorse. I love being in the studio and when I take vacation I get so bored.”

She also revealed that even when on vacation, she is thinking of work, saying “I think of work as something I have to do.”

“I’ve made a record so I have to promote it so I have to work to get it done – and then pass out.”

This relentless work ethic also extends to her diet and exercise routine, as Cyrus explained, “Because I work so much, I’m always on the road so I eat healthily. I have to give my body what it needs to keep going and if you don’t then you will crash and burn.”

However, despite her healthy eating habits, she admitted that she doesn’t have time to work out, saying “I don’t get to work out. I do yoga and 30 push-ups every day and try to get my mind right.”

It’s clear that Cyrus is determined to make the most of her time and achieve her goals, even if it means sacrificing her own well-being.
