McGregor’s Never-Ending s** Scene With Bale

Ewan McGregor, a Scottish actor, recently shared an amusing anecdote about his experience filming a homosexual s** scene with Christian Bale in the 1998 movie Velvet Goldmine.

Apparently, the director, Todd Haynes, never yelled out “cut,” so the s** scene went on for longer than expected.

Despite the unexpected length of the scene, McGregor was in good spirits and found the experience to be quite peculiar, given that it was his first time performing gay penetrative s** on screen.

He described standing behind Bale’s large n^ked back and feeling like a bunny rabbit, then a Jack Russell, as he pumped away slowly.

Eventually, McGregor looked back and saw the crew packing up and walking away, indicating that the scene had gone on for longer than planned.

He speculates that Haynes didn’t want to interrupt them.

Interestingly, although McGregor had a good time filming the scene, Bale has not been in touch with him since shooting wrapped.

McGregor quipped that Bale “never writes” or “phones anymore.”

The movie Velvet Goldmine tells the story of a fictional glam rock star named Brian Slade, played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and his rise to fame in the 1970s.
