Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee has been accused of sexual misconduct by a masseuse named Maria Carballo in Chicago.

Carballo has filed a lawsuit against Lee, alleging that he fondled himself during a massage session and made her feel uncomfortable.

She has also named Lee’s former assistant, Max Anderson, in the lawsuit, accusing him of civil conspiracy.

“For a long time, I was afraid to ask anyone to help me hold Mr. Lee accountable for how he treated me. He is rich and famous. I am not. After seeing other women fight to be treated with dignity and respect, I decided, ‘Me too’. I am still nervous and afraid, but not as much as I was before because I have other people helping me,” Carballo said.

Lee’s attorney has denied the allegations, saying that Lee is 95 years old and would not be capable of such behavior.

However, this is not the first time that Lee has been accused of sexual misconduct. In January 2018, nurses who took care of Lee at his home in Los Angeles accused him of sexual harassment and assault.
