Marilyn Monroe’s poor personal hygiene

According to author David Bret’s book, Clark Gable: Tormented Star, Marilyn Monroe had poor personal hygiene.

The book details Monroe’s non-hygienic personal habits, including her flatulence, dirty clothing, and tendency to eat in bed.

Bret also notes that Monroe bleached all her pubc hair and never wore panties, a behavior she apparently shared with fellow actress Jean Harlow.

Monroe’s poor personal hygiene extended to her living habits as well.

She allegedly had huge piles of dirty dishes in her bedroom, and frequently wore soiled clothes around her house.

Her hygiene was reportedly so bad that several of her maids quit working for her.

It’s also been suggested that Monroe suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, which could explain her flatulence.

She rarely bathed, preferring to sleep in the nvd3 and often shoving leftover food from her plate under her sheets before going to sleep.

Monroe’s second husband, baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, reportedly complained that she avoided bathing for days on end and “stunk to high heavens.” Actor Clark Gable was also reportedly disgusted by her habit of lying nkd in bed while eating and scraping leftover food under the sheets for the maids to clean in the morning.

Actor Peter Lawford, who was a friend of Monroe’s and often socialized with her, refused to sleep with her due to her poor personal hygiene.

While many may be disillusioned by this information, it’s important to remember that Monroe was a human being with flaws like anyone else.

Her struggles with personal hygiene may have been influenced by mental health issues, including depression and anxiety, which she reportedly struggled with throughout her life.

Despite her hygiene issues, Monroe remains an icon and symbol of beauty and glamour in popular culture.

Her films and legacy continue to be celebrated and studied by fans and scholars alike.

It’s worth noting that the allegations about Monroe’s hygiene are just that – allegations.

While there are many accounts of her poor personal hygiene from people who knew her, it’s impossible to say for sure what her hygiene habits were like without firsthand knowledge or evidence.

Regardless, the fact that Monroe’s personal hygiene is still a topic of discussion more than half a century after her death is a testament to her enduring impact and fame.
