Marilyn Monroe’s corpse was tampered with

Marilyn Monroe was a famous actress and beauty icon known for her vulnerability and voluptuous figure.

However, her life was shrouded in mystery and tragedy, and her death on August 4, 1962, was no different.

Although her death was officially ruled a drug overdose, rumors and speculations have circulated for years that her body may have been tampered with after she passed away.

On the morning of August 5, 1962, Marilyn Monroe was found dead in her Los Angeles home.

She was lying naked and facedown on her bed with a telephone in her hand.

Empty pill bottles surrounded her, and law enforcement concluded that she had died from a self-administered overdose of sedative drugs.

While many accepted this explanation, rumors have persisted for years that her death was not a suicide and that she may have been murdered.

One of the reasons for the persistent rumors about Marilyn’s death is the strange circumstances surrounding her passing.

For example, it took six hours to transport her body from her home to the morgue, even though the drive should have only taken 45 minutes.

Additionally, when Dr. Thomas Neguchi conducted her investigation, Marilyn looked unrecognizable with bruising and swelling on her face, although this could have been due to her being found face down.

Mortician Allan Abbot also noted in his book that Marilyn did not look like herself at all during her autopsy.

He said, “When we removed the sheet covering her, it was almost impossible to believe this was the body of Marilyn Monroe.”

Furthermore, during the autopsy, nothing was found in Marilyn’s stomach and what was found was accidentally discarded.

This fact is suspicious because when someone dies from a drug overdose, remnants of the drugs would typically be found in their stomach.

Two people who performed the autopsy later came forward to say they did not believe Marilyn died by suicide because they did not find any evidence of her ingesting the drugs in the first place.

Additionally, some standard tests were not completed during the autopsy.

Despite these strange occurrences, there is no hard evidence to suggest that Marilyn’s body was tampered with after she died.

Her funeral took place on August 8, 1962, with a small gathering arranged by her ex-husband Joe DiMaggio, her half-sister, and her business manager.

Her body was laid to rest at the Corridor of Memories.

Marilyn’s death has also been the subject of conspiracy theories involving the Kennedys.

There have been rumors that she had an affair with President John F. Kennedy, and perhaps even his brother.

A couple of decades after her death, Marilyn’s housekeeper claimed that the attorney general visited Marilyn on the night of her death and they had an argument, but these statements were never confirmed.

Despite the many rumors and allegations surrounding Marilyn’s death, the truth may never be known.

As TikToker @lovee.miss.lauren said, “decomposition likes to have a mind of its own,” and it is difficult to determine the cause of death with certainty decades after the fact.

Marilyn Monroe remains a beloved cultural icon, but her death continues to be shrouded in mystery and speculation.
