Margot Robbie insisted on stripping fully n^de to make movie scene more realistic

Margot Robbie, the Australian actress who famously played Naomi Lapaglia in the 2013 Hollywood blockbuster The Wolf of Wall Street, turned down director Martin Scorsese’s suggestion to tone down a s** scene by insisting on stripping completely n^ked to make the scene more realistic.

Despite being apprehensive about the scenes being immortalized on the internet, she made the brave decision to turn Scorsese down when he suggested diluting things for her comfort.

Scorsese’s movie helped catapult Margot to fame as she was just starting out at the time.

The film is based on the story of controversial stockbroker Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio), with Margot playing Belfort’s second wife in the film.

Her role featured numerous s**ual scenes, including a full-frontal n^de scene.

Speaking to The Telegraph in 2014, Margot said, “I think n^dty for the sake of n^dty is shameful.

If they’ve put it in just so that a girl gets her top off, then that’s disgusting.

And you can always tell.”

She added, “The whole point of Naomi is that her body is her only form of currency in this world.

So when Marty [Scorsese] was trying to help me out and said in the scene where she seduces Jordan perhaps I could have a robe on, I said she wouldn’t.

She has to be n^ked.

She’s laying her cards on the table.”

Although committed to the role, Margot revealed in the past that she found filming the s** scene difficult and embarrassing.

In an interview with Porter in 2018, she said, “It doesn’t come across when you’re watching the movie, but in reality we’re in a tiny bedroom with 30 crew crammed in.

All men.

And for 17 hours I’m pretending to be touching myself.

It’s just a very weird thing, and you have to bury the embarrassment and absurdity, really deep, and fully commit.”

Margot’s decision to go fully n^de for the scene was in line with her belief that seeing someone being choreographed into being covered up irritates her just as much.

“If they would have got n^ked in real life, in the film, they conveniently leave their bra on, or hold up the bed sheet,” she said.

The Wolf of Wall Street helped launch Margot’s career, and she has since gone on to become an A-list star.

She has appeared in several blockbuster movies, including Suicide Squad, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Bombshell.

She is set to appear in the upcoming movie The Suicide Squad, which is scheduled for release in August 2021.

Margot has also been vocal about her commitment to female empowerment in Hollywood.

In a 2018 interview with The Guardian, she said, “I want to keep pushing forward the idea that women are just as valuable as men in every industry.

I think it’s really important that we don’t get complacent and think, ‘Oh, well, there’s a few of us now, we’re all good and equal.'”

In conclusion, Margot Robbie’s commitment to making her s** scene in The Wolf of Wall Street more realistic by insisting on stripping fully n^de speaks to her dedication to her craft.

Her stance against n^dty for the sake of n^dty and her commitment to female empowerment in Hollywood make her a role model for aspiring actresses.
