GaGa went on to explain that she started stripping at the age of 18, after moving out of her family home.
She was determined to support herself without relying on her parents and took on waitressing jobs along with her stripping gig.
Her performance as a stripper was described as “pretty wild” by the singer herself.
She would wear all black leather and dance to hard rock music from artists such as Black Sabbath, Guns N’ Roses, and Faith No More. “It was very rock ‘n’ roll,” she said.
