Kevin Hart sued for ‘secretly recording’ s-x tape with model

A model named Montia Sabbag has filed a lawsuit against comedian Kevin Hart, accusing him of secretly recording their sexual encounter at a Las Vegas hotel in 2017.

The lawsuit seeks $60 million in damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, violations of privacy, and negligence.

Sabbag also named Hart’s friend Jonathan ‘JT’ Jackson as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Hart had previously claimed that he was being extorted over the video, which was released two years ago.

However, Sabbag denied the allegations and accused Hart and Jackson of recording her without her knowledge or consent.

According to the complaint, Hart and Jackson conspired to record Sabbag for the purpose of obtaining financial gain.

The complaint alleges that Hart “gave Jackson consent to record them in Hart’s private suite – despite him being married to Eniko Parrish at the time.”

Sabbag’s lawsuit claims that Hart and Jackson intentionally caused her emotional distress by recording her without her knowledge or consent.

The lawsuit also alleges that the recording violated Sabbag’s privacy rights and was made with a “reckless disregard” for her well-being.

The complaint states that Hart and Jackson “knowingly and intentionally exposed [Sabbag] to public ridicule, humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress.”

Sabbag’s lawsuit further alleges that Hart leaked the video to generate publicity ahead of an upcoming comedy tour.

The complaint states that Hart “took steps to promote his public image by exploiting and capitalizing on [Sabbag’s] name, image, likeness and persona.”

In a statement, Sabbag’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said that her client “is pursuing this lawsuit to hold Hart and Jackson accountable for their actions.” Bloom added that “Sabbag has suffered serious and permanent injuries from Hart and Jackson’s conduct” and that the lawsuit seeks “justice and compensation” for her client.

Hart has not yet commented on the lawsuit. However, in a video statement posted on Instagram in 2017, he apologized to his wife and children for his “bad error in judgment” and said that someone was trying to make “financial gain” from the situation.

Hart also said that he had “nothing to do with these recordings” and that he had “put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen, and they did.”

Sabbag’s lawsuit comes after Hart’s recent car accident in which he suffered major injuries.

The actor has since recovered and resumed his career, with several films and TV shows in production.

Hart has also continued to tour and perform stand-up comedy, including a show in Australia earlier this year.

Hart has been involved in several controversies over the years, including his past homophobic tweets and jokes, for which he apologized.

He has also faced criticism for his response to the Black Lives Matter movement and for comments he made about his daughter’s behavior on a podcast.

However, Hart remains one of the most successful and popular comedians in Hollywood, with a net worth of over $200 million.
