Katy Perry accidentally flashes her huge pants on stage

At the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend 2017 broadcast music event on Saturday, Katy Perry got somewhat risqué on stage.

For the energetic performance on stage in Hull, the Roar hitmaker wore a silver sequined minidress and jacket.

White shoes and long, hanging earrings, which danced around with Katy’s movements, were paired with her metallic outfit.

During a spirited dance routine, Katy revealed a little bit more than she had planned to as she knelt down for a private moment with her fans and exposed her big white pants to them.

The pop artist was rather direct while expressing sympathy for the numerous concertgoers who were experiencing an unfavorable concert-related side effect.

“Some of you have to pee, right? I know I know I know. I wear sometimes awful contraptions that doesn’t let me use the restroom. So I know kinda how you feel,” she said. “But it’s all about the music and that’s why we’re holding in everything.”

After that, Perry became solemn and paid tribute to the victims of last week’s Manchester incident by singing “Part of Me” acoustically. 22 people, including children, were killed by a suicide bomber at the city’s stadium following an Ariana Grande performance.

“I think that you guys are extremely beautiful and I think that we’re all extremely brave and we’re all in this together, aren’t we?” Perry said. “And you know what? We will still dance, we will still sing, we will still make music. This next one goes out to Manchester and to all the people that know what it means to love music and be a community because of it.”

“If you haven’t kindly touched the person to our right or left just do that. Just a little connection,” she added. “Social media can’t do that, can it? This is a part of us that they’ll never take away from us. Rest in peace, Manchester.”

The 32-year-old has had a busy week. On Thursday night, she played a show at London’s Water Rats in front of a small audience of 90 people, recalling her first UK appearance there nine years earlier.

She informed the gathering, referencing how her audience was also growing older, “If you’re not having great s=x yet, in your thirties it’s going to be AMAZING.

“I can’t speak for those of you in your forties but I’m sure it’s better… it’s fun, consensual and intimate.”

In case anybody wasn’t entirely aware of what the lyrics of the singer’s most recent hit, Bon Appétit, were alluding to, Katy confirmed: “That’s what Bon Appétit is about, loving that beautiful thing. Just accepting it, now it’s so much fun.

“I used to be able not to hug people, it was really sad. Now I just want to hug everyone.”

Actor Orlando Bloom and Katy, whose new album Witness is due out on June 9, ended their relationship in March.

At London’s Chiltern Firehouse hotel, Orlando, 40, had a sexual relationship with a waiter, who was later fired. In her twenties, Katy dated John Mayer and wed swindler Russell Brand.

While celebrating Roman Kemp’s new position as host of the Capital breakfast program earlier in the evening, Katy said she hasn’t had alcohol since January.

Earlier this week, Katy said that she would be happy to put an end to her dispute with Taylor Swift, who is the subject of her new song, Swish Swish. She added: “Honestly, she started it and it’s time for her to finish it. I’m ready for that BS to be done.”
