Jennifer Aniston hates her wobbly butt

Jennifer Aniston, who rose to fame 25 years ago in the hit TV show Friends, recently proved that age is just a number with her stunning photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar US.

The actress, who is now 50 years old, has never looked better due to her daily workouts, healthy diet, and beauty regimen.

She attributes her good looks to happiness, which she considers the key to looking good.

Aniston said, “It’s hard work, you know. You work out, you just take care of yourself and you exercise. You eat right, you sleep, you’re happy.”

“Happiness is the big key. My dad is 100% Greek, he barely has a wrinkle.

“Neither did my grandmother, who was 95 when she died. My life is a happy life. It’s a choice.

At one point, Aniston used to complain about her “wobbly” butt but now she has stopped putting so much pressure on herself and learned to love her body.

“When we’re kids, we are constantly working out for smaller arms, a leaner butt, a flat tummy. Let it be. I can be a little soft,” she said.

Despite her age, Aniston shows no signs of slowing down as demonstrated by her latest photoshoot.

This year, she will appear in two new Netflix productions, Murder Mystery and First Ladies.

The former is a movie about a New York couple who become suspects in the death of an elderly billionaire while on holiday, while the latter is a comedy in which Aniston plays a lesbian US President.

Aniston has a net worth of around £154 million thanks to her role as Rachel in Friends and her starring role in over 30 films.

She keeps her mind and body in shape with daily yoga, boxing, cardio, and meditation sessions.

“I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout. Because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I’m taking care of the one body I have,” she said.

Aniston works out with her trainer Leyon Azubuike and he doesn’t go easy on her.

The actress has been a fan of yoga for her entire life but two years ago, she and Leyon started boxing and she loves the “mental” part of it.

“Leyon is my gentle giant and he calls me Champ. I never thought someone would be able to call me Champ and I would be OK. It’s the longest workout I’ve actually stayed with consistently, other than yoga,” she said.

Aniston follows a strict workout and beauty regimen to stay fit and happy.

She has noticed dramatic changes in her body since she started yoga but she likes to “shake things up.”

“I have a spin bike, an elliptical bike and a treadmill — and I do cardio for at least 20 minutes a day.”

“Even that short burst makes a difference. Of course I take days off. It’s important to rest the body. I can go a whole week saying, ‘I’m not going to work out’. Your body will tell you what it needs,” she said.

Jennifer also takes a healthy approach to diet.

She starts every day with lemon water and focuses on organic fruits, vegetables, and lean protein for six days of the week.

On the seventh day, she allows herself to indulge. “I’ve learned how to make pasta and it’s not that bad for you. It’
