Jenna Dewan received plenty of praises after posting a photo of herself totally naked on Instagram.

Dewan posted two images to her Instagram account on Wednesday, one of which showed her totally naked on the edge of a bathtub filled with water and in front of a gorgeous wilderness scene. “Swipe for self love,” she wrote in the post, along with the hashtag “#humpday” and a few nature emojis.

Another shot shows the “World Of Dance” host’s whole frontside, but she carefully arranged her arms to make it PG-13.

Jenna Dewan isn’t known for posting selfies in the tub, but she did say in a separate Instagram Story that the lovely huge tub, beautiful spacious bathroom, and great view were all her “literal self-care dream.” She seems to want nothing more than to be in the moment and share it with her friends and fans.

Dewan’s campaign for self-care wasn’t only noticed by her famous pals; busy mothers took notice as well. “As a sleep deprived Momma, this is what I need to find more time for. Self care and self love are so important for our mental health,” one user remarked, while another said, “I love your self confidence.”

Kristin Ess, a celebrity hairdresser who works closely with Dewan, used a number of the fire emojis, while Gwendolyn Osbourne, a model and businesswoman, said, “Ok guuuurllllll you betta show all that hard work!”

Jenna Dewan, who wasn’t very active during the pandemic, has spent the last year or so practicing self-love. Her 2021 TV credits include a cameo on The Rookie, but she hasn’t been putting in a lot of acting work. She’s been spending a lot of time with her husband Steve Kazee and her two children, one of whom she shares with ex-husband Channing Tatum, in recent months.

The mother installed a slip n slide in her Los Angeles home’s large yard, which she said she loved using more than the kids.

In February, the “Step Up” actress spoke to Women’s Health about her postpartum journey and approaching 40.

“I feel better in my skin. I feel more grounded in my body,” Jenna told ‘WH.’ “I feel excited for this next decade and what is available to create. Even in this crazy year, I still have that feeling.”

Dewan, of course, is no stranger to self-love—and to flaunting it on social media. The Step Up actress uploaded a makeup-free photo on Instagram in November 2019, emphasizing the need of self-care once again. She said, “A day off and I haven’t moved from bed not kidding. Lots of time to rest, [recuperate], and reflect on how grateful I am for love, joy, and especially my health. Remembering what’s important and to slow down every now and then.”

Jenna Dewan is no longer a member of World of Dance, but now that the world is opening up again, we may see her acting and dancing on television more. The good news is that she appears to be in a good position with herself and her family.
