Jemima Kirke admits s-x scenes with Jamie Dornan were ‘intimidating’
Actress Jemima Kirke says that filming s-x scenes with Jamie Dornan was “intimidating.”
The former Girls star appeared on Busy Tonight, where she talked about the passionate scenes she had with her co-star while filming their new film, Untogether.
Busy was curious about the sensual sequences between Jemima, who portrays Andrea, and Jamie, who plays love interest Nick, who made a joint appearance to promote the new film with her sister and co-star Lola Kirke.
Nick and Andrea’s one-night stand turns into something more serious in this film.
Busy enquired, “Jemima, you play opposite Jamie Dornan and you had some like, hot f**king scenes with him. Was it intimidating to go into doing those scenes with Jamie Dornan?”

Kirke stated to host Busy Phillips, “I mean, I’ve done Girls scenes, which are not the easiest s-x scenes to do. But in terms of how he looks, I’ve never imagined… I’ve never been in that situation. I’m not familiar, with someone who looks like that.”

“So I had to do a lot of work,” she continued. “I did, because he looks like a sculpture. It wasn’t intimidating until he did this one part where he’s supposed to go down on me and I was like, ‘Oh my God!’ … I was like, ‘Of course, 50 Shades.’ He knows what he’s doing. He was just really close.”
Jamie plays Nick, a doctor and author who is known for his bravery in the Middle East, while Jemima plays Andrea, a self-destructive writer who lives with her spa technician sister Tara (played by Lola Kirke).
Andrea, played by Kirke, develops feelings for the combat medic in the film.

The sizzling new film will be released in the coming weeks, one year after the release of Fifty Shades Freed, the concluding piece of the Fifty Shades trilogy.
Dornan is no stranger to going hot and heavy in front of the camera. He rose to prominence as the seductive entrepreneur Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades of Grey film franchise, which was based on British author E. L. James’ sensual romance novels.
Fifty Shades Freed director James Foley told ET last year, “There were actually scenes that we shot where it was [full-frontal nudity]. [Dornan and I] never talked about [having him show more]. But in the final cut, I’m being totally honest, it just didn’t come off… Full frontal would have been a kind of deliberate cut, to see that for no reason.”
Billy Crystal plays David, a rabbi who befriends Lola’s character in the all-star cast. Jennifer Grey and Alice Eve also star.
Emma Forrest, who was previously married to one of the film’s stars, Ben Mendelsohn, who plays Tara’s ageing rocker boyfriend, wrote and directed the picture.
