A former actress, Ashley M., has accused Hollywood film producer, Harvey Weinstein, of masturbating on her breasts and face in 2003.

Ashley M., who appeared in ‘Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights,’ also revealed that Weinstein demanded to be given a n^ked massage.

Ashley M. told the court that Weinstein picked her out of the cast of dancers, claiming that it would just be a n^ked massage and that she should not worry about it.

“He said, ‘Look at Gwyneth Paltrow and what it did for her career,’” she said, struggling to hold back her tears.

The alleged incident took place when Ashley M. was 22 years old.

She testified at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, recalling that Weinstein invited her to get into his limo along with his assistant, Bonnie Hung.

“I gave her (Hung) a look like, ‘Can you help me’ with my eyes,” she added.

“She looked me in the eyes and said, ‘Don’t worry. I will be with you the entire time. He just wants to talk about projects.’ I was worried but yet I felt comforted that Bonnie was there but I was wondering what was going on.”

The three of them ended up in a hotel, and Weinstein allegedly invited Ashley M. into a hotel room with Hung waiting outside.

“Harvey opened (the door) and he went in, then I went in,” Ashley M. explained.

“And Bonnie shut the door behind us.

“He said, ‘It’s not like we’re having s**, it’s n^ked cuddling.

“I was like really scared. I didn’t know what to do. I said stop.

“I just remember in my head saying, ‘What do I do?’ I knew he was just really big, and Bonnie most likely was out there.

“I didn’t know what to do. He said, ‘It’s Ok, it’s not like we’re having s**.

“He ejaculated on me, on my breasts and some got on my face.’”

Ashley M. claimed that after the incident, she got dressed, left the room, and got back into the limo, which took all three of them to the ‘Havana Nights’ set.

Weinstein is currently facing five charges of s**ual assault in Los Angeles, including rape and s**ual battery.

The charges relate to incidents involving five women between 2004 and 2013.

Weinstein has denied all allegations of non-consensual s**.

His lawyers have argued that the encounters were consensual.

Weinstein’s trial in New York ended in February 2020, with him being found guilty of rape and s**ual assault.

He was sentenced to 23 years in prison.

Ashley M. is expected to testify again on Thursday.

Weinstein is also facing a number of civil lawsuits.

In December 2020, a proposed $19m settlement was reached with his accusers.

The settlement would have been paid by insurers for his former studio, the Weinstein Company.

However, the settlement was rejected by a US judge, who argued that the settlement did not adequately compensate all of Weinstein’s alleged victims.

The allegations against Weinstein sparked the #MeToo movement, which has seen women across the world speak out against s**ual harassment and assault.

The movement has led to a number of high-profile men being accused of s**ual misconduct, including politicians, businessmen, and celebrities.

The trial in Los Angeles is the latest in a series of high-profile court cases involving allegations of s**ual assault and harassment in the entertainment industry.

In the UK, film producer, Harvey Weinstein, was sentenced to 23 years in prison in March 2020 after being found guilty of rape and s**ual assault.

The trial followed a number of allegations made against Weinstein by women in the entertainment industry.
