Harvey Weinstein accused of rape by actor Natassia Malthe

Natassia Malthe, a well-known actor, has accused Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of raping her in a London hotel room in 2008.

Ms. Malthe is the latest woman to come forward and accuse Mr. Weinstein of s**ual assault.

She alleges that Mr. Weinstein continued to harass her even as she pursued her acting career, despite her telling him that she was not interested in a s**ual relationship.

Ms. Malthe spoke about the incident at a New York press conference on Wednesday.

She stated that after meeting at the Baftas in February 2008, Mr. Weinstein forced himself on her in a room at the Sanderson hotel in London.

Later, he asked her to join in a threesome at a Los Angeles hotel.

After this, Ms. Malthe called Mr. Weinstein and told him that being in his movies was “not worth what he wanted to exchange.”

At the press conference, Ms. Malthe gave a detailed description of what happened in the London hotel room, but did not use the word “rape.”

Her lawyer Gloria Allred described it as s**ual assault that involved non-consensual penetration when asked if the complaint amounted to an allegation of rape.

Ms. Malthe revealed that she first met Mr. Weinstein at a Baftas after-party where he asked which hotel she was staying at and she answered.

Hours later, while asleep in her hotel room, Ms. Malthe was woken up by Mr. Weinstein pounding on her door.

She said he barged into her room and named A-list actors whose careers he had made because they slept with him.

Ms. Malthe denied his advances, but he eventually forced himself on her and started having s** with her, despite her asking him to stop.

Ms. Malthe stated that during the time Mr. Weinstein was having s** with her, she believed she dissociated.

“It was not consensual.

He did not use a condom.

However, he did not ejaculate inside me.

After having s**ual intercourse, he masturbated,” she said.

Mr. Weinstein’s company has not responded to a request for comment on the allegations.

A representative for Mr. Weinstein issued an earlier statement denying any allegations of non-consensual s** and stating that he believes all relationships were consensual.

These latest allegations come after weeks of claims about Mr. Weinstein.

Several actors accused him of s**ual harassment earlier this month, leading to a cascade of accusations from other actors and assistants.

In the wake of these allegations, Mr. Weinstein was forced out of the Weinstein Company, a company he co-founded with his brother.

He is also being investigated by law enforcement in New York, Los Angeles, and London.

Ms. Malthe stated that after the incident at the Peninsula hotel in Los Angeles, where she was pressured to have a threesome but rejected the offer, she left the US and became depressed and anxious.

She forcefully concluded her statement by saying that actresses should not have to demean themselves to be successful.

Ms. Malthe explained that she had experienced harassment from many men in Hollywood, but the experiences with Mr. Weinstein were “the worst.”

On Tuesday, another woman who had worked as a production assistant for Mr. Weinstein, Mimi Haleyi, accused him of s**ually assaulting her using force at his home in 2006.

Ms. Allred, a well-known women’s rights attorney, said that she had expected to meet with the Weinstein Company’s board, but the meeting was cancelled late the night before.
